Link in bio 🙏🏾 Let’s help others!

Aim - Raise £350 for @tommys and I will personally match that target and donate £350 to @4louis.charity - check their pages for some of the great work they do.

This will not be the last.

One thing is for sure, two things are certain: life isn’t easy, but it becomes easier with loved ones by your side. God Remembers! by @raphnbg

We only get to live this life once so why not! 🤷🏾‍♂️

A 4hr15min aim quickly became just finish the race at 23k, everything cramped, ankles felt like breadsticks just ready to snap. Sunday I found out the true meaning of digging deep, asking myself every single question like “who asked me to run 42k????” You cannot hide in this, it will expose you.

However, God, my loved ones, @runnpac , and the beautiful city of London got me through this!

London you flogged me and asked me if I’m okay 🤣 but I will see you again soon, it’s personal. by @raphnbg

1. Full circle moment, started ADS in 2013 (iykyk) and went to capture Mo Farah flying through Bermondsey, little did I know I’d be doing the same thing 12 years later.

2. Highest human act is to inspire, @richard_whitehead_mbe with some inspiring words today at the @runnpac shakeout run. It’s a luxury that we get to do this.

3. Never thought I’d be an adidas boiii but tomorrow we enjoy something special
