Between school, sports, friendships, family, and figuring out your future, life can get overwhelming sometimes. Remember that it’s okay to take a break, ask for help, and put yourself first. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to go through tough times alone. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.
