You gotta take an L before you can LEARN. 💯

Every setback comes with a lesson. Every loss teaches you something success never could.

The difference between those who make it and those who don’t? Some people take losses. Others take lessons.

In music, business, and life, growth comes with experience. Don’t let one bad chapter stop your whole story.

🎯 What’s one L you took that turned into a valuable lesson? Drop it in the comments. 👇

More than half of the music being uploaded to Deezer every day is now fully AI-generated. 🤖🎵

At peak, that’s reportedly up to 90,000 AI-generated tracks in a single day.

But here’s the part that really caught our attention:

85% of streams on AI-generated music have been flagged by Deezer as fraudulent.

To be clear: that does not mean 85% of Deezer’s entire catalog or streams are AI. It means Deezer found fraud affecting the vast majority of streams associated with fully AI-generated tracks.

For independent artists and producers already fighting for attention in an overcrowded streaming market, this raises a much bigger question:

How do we protect real music discovery when artists aren’t only competing with other artists anymore?

AI isn’t going anywhere. But neither should the value of real artists, real producers, real fans, and real engagement.

What do you think — is AI-generated music becoming a problem for streaming platforms, or is this simply the next evolution of music?

👇 Drop your take below.

With thousands of songs dropping every day, making good music isn’t enough — artists have to give people a reason to connect. 🎶

At the 3rd Annual Orlando DJ Summit, Tonii Boii spoke on what it takes for artists to connect with listeners in today’s crowded music landscape, while the conversation also touched on something Rap Pedestal believes heavily in: building real relationships between artists and DJs.

🎤 Representing the artists:
Tonii Boii — Crosstown, Orlando, FL
Block Forever — Soundview, Bronx, NY

🎧 Representing the DJs & radio:
DJ Ray Rok — La Nueva Party FM
DJ D Strong — 102 JAMZ
Lizzete Perez — 102 JAMZ

The music might get you heard once. The relationships you build can keep your name in the room.

What do you think matters more today — the music, the marketing, or the relationships? 👇

Everybody watching ain’t supporting. Everybody hating ain’t stopping you either.

Pay attention to the ones who show up, share the work, make the connection, and speak your name in rooms you’re not in. That 10% matters more than the other 90%.

Know who really got your back. Then build with them. 🏛️
