A Firefly Habitat!
One of three on campus at Olin College of Engineering in Needham MA. The Olin Meadows were established in 2019 by Dr. Carolyn Nugent and a team of dedicated students. They got permission to tear up some lawn and replace it with native wildflowers. The Meadows require zero upkeep, they are gorgeous, and they provided needed habitat for fireflies, and hundreds of other small critter species.

I’m very proud of Carrie and her students who made this happen, and I’m proud to have helped a little bit.

Feeling so grateful for all of the amazing people that I’ve loved, danced, and farmed with over the past few months. I’ve felt so held and free to be myself with you all.
