Curly & wavy hair can be A LOT to maintain. 😅

As much as we love our natural curls sometimes we just want to wake up with our hair DONE in seconds.

Straightening it is easy… but we all know the heat can damage our natural curl pattern.

This is my favorite way to get that “straightened” look without the heat. You put it in before bed, sleep in it & wake up with your hair DONE. 👏🏼

I’m a mom of 3 boys so I’m looking forward to future daughter in law BFFs. Of course I’ll be on my best behavior!

I’ve always been someone who speaks my mind. Words just fly out of my mouth that I didn’t even know I was going to say. Then later I’m like, “Well, now they just think you’re weird. Why did you say that?” 😂

So, I get it being the first girl he’s brought over, he was like “Mom, I really like her. Don’t scare her away.”

AND I DIDN’T! 😂

She’s sweet. I was on my best behavior, and she even complimented my hair and makeup. I wanted to say, “Oh thank you! I did it right before you came over so you wouldn’t think Bentley had a hideous mother.”

But I didn’t.

I kept that one on the inside. See? I was on my BEST behavior. 😜

If you hate walking try it! 👏🏼 🎶

I recently started walking for 30 mins daily. Almost immediately it helped with inflammation & pain I’ve been dealing with for years. That’s enough for me to keep going and the jam sessions make it easier!! by @raquelbarrera_

It’s actually good on ANYTHING that’s dry & cracked! 😜
Makes the best glossy lip balm too 👄

This saved me after breastfeeding years ago. Then I started using it on my lips. One day I thought you know what let me see something real quick and well you just saw the before and after.

Hydrated skin always looks better & sometimes regular moisturizer just isn’t enough.

Tube lasts forever & it’s super inexpensive 👏🏼

When you almost gave up on skincare because everything you tried irritated either your Perioral dermatitis, rosacea or broke you out. Having sensitive skin is not for the weak!

It wasn’t a planned year off. The time I needed just kept getting longer and I just didn’t know what to say. I felt embarrassed that I couldn’t just suck it up and continue to pretend I was fine. I’m one tough chick and always have been…until I wasn’t.

I’m feeling so much better physically & mentally. I’m excited for to continue to share my life and what’s help me health wise. I’ve missed being on here so much. The friendships & connections I’ve made I’m forever grateful for and don’t take for granted.
