It’s so strange. Half the time what we’re seeing on the internet isn’t even real. More and more I don’t want the fake stuff, I want the real stuff.. jamming with a band, taking time to hone a craft, long walks, real convos with friends, sitting in the living room listening to a vinyl. What about you?

Always a magical time playing at the @bluebirdcafetn ~ thank you @ascap 💙 I’m sooooooo excited to start sharing what I’ve been working on.. Music & lyrics that run deep. I’ve done a lot of chasing the wrong directions & ideas for me over the years.. but now more than ever I feel compelled to do only what feels real & right for me. I’m sure I’ll still get it wrong sometimes. And that’s okay. Because it is the pursuit of authenticity that I’m after.

Happy New Year friends a few days late.. but it’s never too late to begin. We don’t need a specific date on the calendar. We just need enough courage to put one foot in front of the other day after day.

Be kind. Be brave. Be you. ♥️

Surprise!! I’ve been waiting so long to release this collection of songs and the time has finally come. My new EP #FireChild is out Oct. 10th, and I just couldn’t wait so I released one track early — “What Am I Doing?” is out today! I had the time of my life making these 7 songs.. from writing them in Nashville with some of my favorite songwriters to recording with @iamsweetwesty in Vancouver at the @thewarehousestudio 🎙️ I can’t wait for you all to hear it! ~ Pre-save the EP with link in bio ~

Thank you @creativebcs for your support!

Watching this back it looks like I’m singing in the jungle — which honestly is fitting. I wrote #FireChild about running wild chasing down a dream.🔥 by @raquelcolemusic
