There's a misconception in Las Vegas real estate investing that the best deals are hidden somewhere off the grid. In our experience, a lot of them are on the MLS. They just get missed because the right agent and the right buyer never end up in the same conversation.

That's the whole idea behind our networking happy hours in Summerlin. We get licensed agents, investors, lenders, and title professionals into one relaxed room with good food and good drinks, and we let the conversations happen.

Our next one is Oct 20th at 5 PM at Hearthstone.

If you're coming, bring one thing: your buy box. Tell us what you're looking for, where, and at what price point. That's what turns a fun night out into a productive one, and it's how the agents in the room know who to call when the right listing hits.

RSVP link in our bio or send us a message. We'd love to see you there.

Food, vibes and people. Come see everyone Oct 20th at Hearthstone Kitchen in the heart of Summerlin. You will miss great conversations and opportunities if you aren't there. Free to come, and you don't have to be in real estate. Looking to find properties, marketing assistance, interior design, trash out services, construction or areas within that, all are welcome.

Four bedrooms doesn't have to mean four bedrooms.

This move-in ready home in North Las Vegas at 2608 Englestad St is fully remodeled and turnkey, with 4 beds and 2 baths.

One room becomes an office. Another becomes a guest room, a gym, or a studio. The layout adapts to how you live now, and to how that changes in five years.

When you tour any home, don't just count rooms. Ask how many ways each one could work for you. On a remodel, also ask what was updated beyond the finishes, like the AC, roof, and permits.

DM us for the full update list or a showing.

Visuals include virtual staging and AI-enhanced lighting.

Come with one ask.

Not a pitch, not a card dump — one specific thing you need right now. Capital, a contractor, a buyer, a first hire, an intro. We'll help you find the person who can answer it.

RARE Connections is for people building something here: investors, agents, lenders, contractors, founders. Appetizers on us, cash bar, two hours, real conversations.

Sept 15 at Hearthstone in Red Rock. RSVP link in bio. 🥃
