A collection of thoughts of what it means to live deeply.

To notice more. To follow what intrigues you. To welcome discomfort. To find beauty in the ordinary and meaning in the fleeting.

Not a set of rules, but a different way of seeing.

A FIELD GUIDE TO LIVNG.

Always arriving, never quite here.

We spend so much of our lives in a state of wanting instead of being. Constantly in pursuit of what’s next, rarely inhabiting the moment itself.

To be here is to feel. Fully, deeply, without needing the moment to become anything else.

What is it to live.. and to do so deeply? To exist within a moment so completely that there is no past to mourn, no future to anticipate.

Standing beside my brother on his greatest day was truly an honor I’ll never take for granted. Brenton, being your best man gave me the chance to reflect on our journey, and it’s been incredible watching you become the man you are today. Nothing about this moment happened by accident. I’ve watched you work for it, grow through it, and earn it.

What I’ve admired most, is the relationship you and Ki have built. In a world that celebrates the excitement of love, you’ve reminded me that the strongest love is rooted in consistency, intention, and choosing each other every single day. The way you both continue to show up for one another is something worth celebrating.

I couldn’t be happier for you both. Thank you for trusting me to stand by your side on your greatest day. Here’s to a lifetime of you and Ki continuing to choose one another. Love y’all!! #THENELSONS 🤍🥂🤞🏾 by @rare.cmoe
