Hi Queens 👸🏽I wanted to share a part of my fitness journey with you and show the transformation I’ve achieved through years of training! I’ve been training for over six years now, and for the past four years, I’ve been following the same program the Build a Booty Program, which is now available in the @rarebodyapp ! This program has completely transformed my body, making me feel strong, confident, and beautiful in my own skin 🤍The key to any program, including this one, is consistency.
