The 2026 Ferrari F80 is a tangible glimpse of the next chapter in Maranello’s lineage of flagship supercars, succeeding the LaFerrari as the marque’s technological and performance benchmark. This Tailor Made example, chassis 32857, wears ‘Verde Metallizzato’, a sophisticated metallic green finish that accentuates the F80’s angular surfacing and futuristic proportions, paired with a grey Alcantara interior. Unveiled on October 17, 2024, the F80 was conceived to commemorate Ferrari’s 80th anniversary, drawing inspiration from the company’s competition program and decades of road-car innovation. Its design, developed by the Ferrari Styling Centre under Flavio Manzoni, combines aerospace-inspired forms with deliberate references to the legendary F40, including the distinctive vertical treatment of the front wheel arches. Beneath the bodywork lies a 2,992 cc, 120-degree twin-turbocharged V6, designated F163 CF, derived from the powertrain architecture of Ferrari’s 499P Le Mans Hypercar. Producing 888 horsepower independently, the combustion engine works alongside three electric motors contributing another 296 horsepower, for a combined output of 1,184 horsepower. A carbon-fiber and composite central cell is complemented by aluminium subframes, while an 800-volt hybrid system supports the integrated electric drive. Ferrari’s latest Side Slip Control 9.0 incorporates its FIVE estimator, a digital-twin-based system that calculates the vehicle’s dynamic behaviour using real-time sensor data. Ferrari also reports a 1:15.30 lap at Fiorano, establishing an extraordinary benchmark for its road-legal production cars. Planned production totals just 799 examples, with deliveries beginning in 2025. • How many made? 799 planned production units • Engine: 2,992 cc twin-turbocharged 120° V6 hybrid, three electric motors, 1,184 hp combined • Debut: October 17, 2024 • Top Speed: ~ 217 mph • 0–60 mph: ~ 2.1 seconds • Photo Credit: @_supercar.central_ • Research: @rarecarsonly by @rarecarsonly

This 1955 Ferrari 500 Mondial Series II Spyder chassis 0424 MD (originally designated 0564 MD), combines Scaglietti coachwork, competition-developed engineering and an unusually well-preserved record of its original construction. The mechanical specification includes a tubular steel chassis, independent front suspension with coil springs, a De Dion rear axle with parallel trailing arms and semi-elliptical leaf springs, and four-wheel drum brakes. The car’s identification carries an unusual detail. Originally intended to be numbered 0564 MD, it was stamped 0424 MD by the factory in connection with avoiding French taxes and import duties. The change, recorded on its build sheet, accompanied its delivery to first owner Yves Dupont in France. Finished in the country’s racing colors, the Ferrari entered the 12 Hours of Hyères with Dupont and Birac, wearing number 8, but retired following an engine failure. After an overhaul at Maranello, the pair competed in the Liège-Rome-Liège rally, where the car wore number 11 and was fitted with a full windscreen and a second headrest. Following these events, the Ferrari returned to the factory for refurbishment and remained in Ferrari ownership for approximately two decades. In 1965, it was displayed at the Autodromo di Monza museum after its blue finish had been painted red. It was sold in December 1975 and subsequently participated in historic gatherings and rallies, including the Mille Miglia. Under later ownership, the red paint was carefully removed to reveal the original French Blu beneath. The car returned to the Mille Miglia Storica in 2009 and 2011, demonstrating that its history extended beyond static display. Chassis 0424 MD retains its original chassis, engine, gearbox and Scaglietti coachwork. Following an engine rebuild by Ferrari four-cylinder specialists Hall & Hall, it also received Ferrari Classiche certification. • How many made? 16 • Engine: 1,984 cc DOHC inline-four, two Weber 40 DCOA/3 carburetors • Debut: 1955, 12 Hours of Hyères • Top Speed: n/a • 0–60 mph: n/a • Photo Credit: @pablorivasbao • Research: @rarecarsonly by @rarecarsonly

The 1962 Singer Vogue Mark II derives from a very interesting chapter in British motoring, combining traditional comfort, elegant styling, and practical engineering within the expanding Rootes Group range. Positioned above the Hillman Super Minx and Singer Gazelle, the Vogue offered a more upmarket interpretation of the medium-sized family car, distinguished by its twin cowled headlamps, prominent chrome grille, sweeping body contours, subtle tailfins, and generous brightwork. Closely related to the Hillman Super Minx, it received its own distinctive detailing and a more luxurious interior, featuring a burred walnut-veneered dashboard and horizontal instrumentation. Announced in August 1962, the Mark II introduced several important revisions over the original Vogue. The front bench seat was replaced by individual front seats, the chrome strip along the bonnet was deleted, and the front indicator lenses changed from white to amber. Additional improvements included twin reversing lamps, two-speed windscreen wipers, a revised headlamp-flasher control, and a repositioned fuel tank to improve luggage capacity. Power came from Rootes’ 1,592 cc overhead-valve inline-four, driving the rear wheels through a manual gearbox. Buyers could specify Laycock overdrive, while the earlier Smiths Easidrive automatic option was replaced by the Borg-Warner 35 transmission. The Vogue was also available as a four-door estate, broadening its appeal to buyers seeking additional practicality without sacrificing its more refined character. The model reflected Rootes’ strategy of marketing closely related vehicles under several marques, including Singer, Hillman, Sunbeam, and Humber, each with its own styling and equipment distinctions. The Vogue continued to evolve through the Mark III and Mark IV, introduced in 1964 and 1965 respectively, before a substantially redesigned Mark V arrived in 1966. • How many made? 20,021 with only a fraction of those surviving and or in original condition • Engine: 1,592 cc OHV inline-four • Debut: August 1962 • Top speed: Approximately 85 mph • 0–60 mph: Approximately 21 seconds • Photo Credit: @teilix • Research: @rarecarsonly by @rarecarsonly

The 1999 EBM Tazio Coupé is a rare South African supercar developed by Eric Booth Motors in Cape Town, a specialist manufacturer founded by former racing driver Eric Booth. Conceived as a lightweight, mid-engined performance car, the Tazio represented an unusually ambitious project for South Africa’s emerging specialist automotive industry. Named after Tazio Nuvolari, the legendary Italian racing driver celebrated for his achievements in Grand Prix and sports car competition, the Tazio combined an exotic silhouette with components sourced from established European manufacturers. Its development began with several prototypes before the road-going concept emerged in the late 1990s. The structure incorporated a stainless-steel chassis and a fiberglass body, helping keep the overall weight around 2,200 pounds. EBM reportedly experimented with several powertrain configurations, including Volkswagen Golf four-cylinder engines and an early 4.0-liter BMW V8. In its more powerful configuration, the Tazio featured a 5.7-liter Chevrolet V8 reportedly producing between 400 and 420 horsepower. Audi components were also reportedly used for the suspension, while BMW supplied braking hardware. Visually, the Coupé features a low nose, a compact two-seat cabin, deep side air intakes, four circular rear lamps, and a distinctive roof-mounted intake designed to channel air toward the engine compartment. The example shown here also incorporates Fiat Coupé headlamp units into its front bodywork. Badges reading “Disegno di Pininfarina” appear on the car, although the Italian design house’s precise involvement remains unverified. EBM reportedly hoped to attract outside investment and establish relationships with major European manufacturers, with Bugatti sometimes mentioned as a potential target. However, limited funding ultimately brought the project to an end around the turn of the millennium. • How many made? Approximately 6–7 with only 3 of this specific model • Engine: 5.7-liter Chevrolet V8, reportedly producing 400–420 hp • Debut: 1999 • Top Speed: ~190 mph • 0–60 mph: ~ 5 seconds • Photo Credit: @werner.michel • Research: @rarecarsonly by @rarecarsonly
