Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled color programming 🤪 this wartortle for Sarah was SO FUN and it was so nice having her in my chair - absolutely love when a flash day client decides to book an appointment for more work 🥹

Always more pokemon! Thank you, love you!

Okay, this lil lady definitely joins the hall of my personal favorites. Kooky things happen when you just let me tattoo whatever I want 🤪

Just in case you needed a little whimsy in your life this morning 🫶🏻 Brandi has been torturing herself with large multi session projects, so whipping out a little banger on the shin was well deserved 😂

Just a reminder, I am now working at @neonrainbowtattoo! None of your appointments are affected but their location. Everything is great, and I promise you’ll love it 🫶🏻 can’t wait to hang out with you soon.

Hello friends! In a whirlwind turn of events, I no longer work at the Tattoo Gallery of Ocala! Starting today, I am located at Neon Rainbow Tattoo!

None of your upcoming appointments will be affected; it is business as usual. Largely, your deposits will be refunded to you by the studio starting tomorrow. You’ll receive your money back within 5-7 business days if you paid with card. I have a few clients who paid with cash and as far as I’ve I’ve been told you will be refunded via Zelle or check.

I will do my best to contact you all to discuss replacement deposits soon! As I have handled everything myself for most of my time at the Tattoo Gallery, not much will change except for my scheduling and deposit system, as far as I can tell right now. I’ve already collected some deposits using the new system so I don’t foresee major difficulties there.

I will be updating booking and aftercare information in my highlights soon, but all that information is already up on my new website rarepandatats.com! That is linked in my bio. Eventually you should be able to hit me up for quick/small work via Instagram but larger projects may be submitted through the request form on the website if you prefer email or you can text me at my business number: (352) 448-1030.

I have to thank the Tattoo Gallery for everything - taking me in based purely off potential and helping to shape me as the competent artist I feel I am today. Truly that studio is perhaps the one light in a tiresome series of black holes in my apprenticeship, so it’s all love here.

There’s lots of moving parts at the moment so I appreciate your patience and I’m so mega excited to share the @neonrainbowtattoo space with you. taken in Neon Rainbow Tattoo by @rarepandatats

Since I’ve just undergone a location change and somehow acquired a few hundred followers in the last couple months, I figured I’d update this intro…but just so you know, I will never look as cute as I do in these pictures at your appointments 😂 gremlin status only.

My name is Amanda! I’m 31 years old and I’m a second-ish year tattooer (almost 3!) at @neonrainbowtattoo, with a healthy goal to become your friendly neighborhood jack-of-most-trades tattoo artist at the end of the world. Although I absolutely welcome almost any style in my chair, I do have favorites that cycle through as I gain more experience. Right now, I’m super into and will happily take bookings for:
•bright, bold color
•pop culture/anime/pokemon
•kawaii
•watercolor
•American and neo-traditional

And I would love more experience with:
•punchy ornamentals
•black and grey realism
•color realism portraits
•large scale work!

I’m loud and opinionated, have an ear shattering laugh, and feel things very strongly 😂 I pride myself in having a real connection with my clients; I often feel very blessed to get to see all of my best friends once a month.

I’m a big fan of anime and TV shows, video games when I have the time (ranging from the Fallout series to Stardew, and most recently Pokopia!). I famously do not watch movies, but if I’m sat down to watch them I won’t fight you on it!

I have an incredible and supportive boyfriend of about four years, Rod. He has two beautiful kids and they are absolutely the light of my life.

I’m big on self improvement and I can already tell my 30s will be characterized mostly by my journey to learn to set and enforce personal boundaries. My 20s was to shake off alcoholism, lmao.

Thanks for being along for the ride! I love my life and it’s all because of you. taken in Neon Rainbow Tattoo by @rarepandatats

Some of you may know me from my days as a digital illustrator, slinging stickers and enamel pins at Florida art markets - and what better way to fix my problem of not being able to find cute bottle labels for work than to go back to my roots and make them myself?

Printed out a few sets to gift to @hammyhram for her recent birthday and the rest of the @neonrainbowtattoo crew, as well as to adorn bottles for guest artists to use 💓 taken in Neon Rainbow Tattoo by @rarepandatats

I’ve been learning how to watercolor mostly within the context of tattoo art and flash - I’m having so much fun and learning a ton all at once. Very proud that this first flash sheet is hand painted and I didn’t use digital tools to make it happen at any stage of the process.
If any grumpy tattooers needed some traditional art medium proof that I’m a legitimate tattoo artist and don’t consider my tattoo portfolio enough for that, here ya go 🫡

I’m holding a limited availability Halloween flash event on Saturday October 31! I thought painting this flash would be a fun way to celebrate my first solo planned tattoo event since my apprenticeship.
This event, which starts at 10am and has SIX 1.5hr timeslots, does have some specifics so make sure to scroll to the last slide to see the hastily done flier 😭😂 feel free to ask any questions I may not have answered there. If you are looking to book, please DM me. Pre-payment for 100% of the tattoo price is required to book!
As you can see, there is mention of Pokemon designs - I will post that hand painted flash sheet tomorrow! I’m separating them because they each deserve their own moment in the spotlight!!! These designs have always been available but they really are something different when painted with bright, full color.

So excited! Such a fluttery feeling to have the opportunity to tattoo these original flash designs since I’ve already worked so hard on them. Thank you, love you!

I’ve already published these Pokemon designs but really wanted to include them in the available flash for my Halloween event, so they got the star treatment.

I’m having a lot of fun learning how to mix watercolors to get the right shade, and how to fix errors from careless brushstrokes 😅 the fixes are a little obvious but it’s the best I could do to salvage it!
Since these designs are more compact than the ones on my first flash sheet, I figure I should probably add some filler bits and bobs so it doesn’t look so empty. I’ll give my hand a break for now though!!!!

Last slide in the carousel shows the details for my Halloween flash event! By this morning there are three of six timeslots left:

• 10am
• 11:30am
• 1pm

DM me if you’re interested in booking! Pre-payment of 100% of the tattoo price is required to book. Can’t wait to see you!

I know, I know - literally all I draw for flash are pinups LET ME LIVEEEEEEE 🫣🫣🫣

But! I’ve had this need to draw up @chappellroan’s service top professions in “The Giver” music video since the damn song came out. I listen to it almost everyday and it’s an essential part of my car karaoke playlist so this was a fun project to finally sit down and make for real. Might make prints of this one!

💅🏻✨C*NTY POKEMON PINUP FLASH✨💅🏻

I never ever make flash as I’m always working away on your custom asks, but when I do, I guess this is what you can look forward to 🫶🏻

Couldn’t bring myself to do a Vaporeon for the ultimate lols 😝 Color much preferred if you’re thinking of snatching one of these hotties up! Willing to work with you to make small changes to fit filler spots.

Thanks (and sorry) for looking!

Here’s some designs I’ve drawn in the last couple days with some time lapses to show you my process (and my vulnerability with drawing hands 😅). I have another version of the hands page with the middle hand holding a gameboy advance instead so that is what you see in the timelapse.

All of these are available to tattoo. I’m currently booking November and December, and once all slots are full and my books are closed, you’re welcome to join my announcements and availability channel for last minute openings. I’ll be re-opening books for January 2027 on October 1st. The channel will get reminders for that date and thus, first pick of timeslots!

Thanks y’all! Love you sm.

This is actually a WIP shot for a Pokemon themed sleeve, but I couldn’t help highlighting this cutie lil Larvitar we added the other day, along with some fun background. All drawn straight on the skin! Particularly proud that this one wasn’t a stencil 🥹

Thanks for looking; I hope very dearly I get to tattoo as many, if not more Pokemon next year.
