Serving will always beat striving . [THREAD]Understandably this may be difficult post for some and very relatable for others but speaking from what my experience has been serving in my local church , spending two years in a internship program and 5 years in youth ministry - Serving has grown ME in ways my individual efforts to grow could never . Currently , as a young adult , the world I occupy can so easily feel like a race . We’re all showcasing our gifts , talents , ideas , projects , business plans and at times it’s so easy to adopt a level of urgency that stems more from FEAR than genuine commitment to what I have . However everything that has stabilised me has come from what God has taught me through my serving .Every space we occupy , attend and traverse through have their own rules and principles . A kingdom principle , that in full transparency has caused a lot of frustration at times , nevertheless holds more weight than I realised is :16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. [Matt 20:16]Serving is statement ; a posture that many are called to adopt not simply in at church environment but in corporate , educational and creative spaces alike that few choose . Serving put simply has taught me that : lasting fruit comes from choosing obedience even if it’s means obscurity , even if it means nobody sees it or acknowledges it - because he does at the proper time , humility does lead to elevation .#netflix #christlike by @rarimkunu

This , for the longest , has been the tool to remind myself GOD ISN’T FINISHED . I think to some of the psalms , some of them specifically depicting the authors darkest moments some sound defeated , many have fight and faith still in them but regardless they all were evidence of HOPE . A HOPE that even in the most dire circumstances , refused to remain silent even when it felt like prayer & petitions were not answered . Hope May Hurt But In Him And Him Alone , It Truly Works .mixed by @the.studiocollective_ & @he.so.suave by @rarimkunu
