We are so lucky to have met Roger from @riseupmarketplace, a man who really embodies hospitality at its core.
We rarely do 2 reels of one guest, but we just couldn’t help showing you how heartwarming our filming day was with Roger!

In nearly 300 episodes of Mates on Crates we have never had 7 people come by just to say hi or give a hug to our guest while we were there filming!

Go give @riseupmarketplace a follow and swing through next time you’re in East Van!

To my sweetheart on his birthday 🎈

Another trip around the sun.
Another chapter unfolding.

May this next solar return bring deeper clarity, expansive growth, steady strength, wild JOY, and blessings in unexpected places.

15 years of loving, learning, raising our son, building commUNITY, and becoming more ourselves — together.

I’m grateful for who you are and who you’re becoming.
Walking beside you is an honor.

Love you ❤️ by @rasbudha

Gratitude and Appreciation are just a couple of words to try and express how it feels to be in the presence of greatness!!

Give Thanks to @nxtgenerationathletics for providing all of us with the opportunity to witness, listen and learn from the G.O.A.T @thereal94feetofgame himself! IYKYK

It was amazing to observe how someone who has worked with literally the greatest players of this generation (Kobe, Kyrie, LeBron and Kawhi to name a few) convey his vision and expertise in a way that is so clear, thoughtful and motivational. If you love hoops and the science of the game it was like listening to a professor break things down! I wanted to lace ‘em up and get out there, Lol. Inspiring is just one way to explain the energy in the gym and Samari walked out feeling it!

Give Thanks to all of the coaches, @nxtgenerationathletics and @thereal94feetofgame for all of the positive, informative and uplifting energy you bring to your sessions.
