1.5 years of hard grafting no jabs, no protein shakes no pre workouts just will power and turning into a gym rat.
Thanks to the few King's and coaches who pushed me to do better and the loved ones who also believed in me.
Still a chunky bear but progress is progress. Might still have rolls but if you cant feel yourself once in a while when can you.

Miss Poppy Dom went International and did a speech celebrating Colchester, see below if you missed it:

Good evening all, I am Miss Poppy Dom and I am here to talk to you fabulous lot about the Kings Home Town, Colchester in Essex(Whooo)

As Britain's first town we've been disappointing the world since 43 ad, which means we were the first town to run out of car park spaces.

Colchester has had its entire city centre burned to the ground by Queen Boudicca in 61 AD. She saw it and thought: "Not today Satan"..thats right a warrior queen took one look at Colchester and chose arson.

Colchester has a Greggs, a gnome garden, a Wetherspoons, and a car park where a Roman temple used to be. You dont just travel back in time you travel to somewhere worse.

The city walls are still there— nearly 2,000 years old — and they are genuinely impressive. They are, structurally speaking, in better shape than most of the people on this tour after tonight.

Now Colchester has a Castle that has the largest Norman keep in Europe. Enormous. Girthy .Absolutely massive. Frankly, the biggest in the room — and I say that to a group of gay rugby players with complete sincerity and no further comment.
Colchester zoo is genuinely world class, we've got bears, wolves ,twinks ...sorry Ive mistaken the zoo for the patrons at our one and only drag club.
Sooo
Come visit Colchester, the home of diversity and inclusion in the East of England ...that is if you can survive deadlock traffic on the motorway getting there and all the pot holes.

Thank you and good night AmsterDAMMMM

Might be the last time she's in stage but it was fun whilst it lasted!

From Rembrandt and Van Gogh to Rugby Pitches and even Miss Poppy Dom returning for her international debut. What an incredible enriching and vibrant city Amsterdam has been.

Thank you @amsterdamlowlanders for hosting this rugby cup and being brilliant hosts.

Couldn't have been the person I am today without the best team in the world @colchesterkings.
All the love in the world to them and the many antics and questionable life choices they've had to put up with this tour from me ❤️👑😅

What a great night out meeting some amazing people in @libdems representing Essex.

Even got to meet @carlcashman91 who was a delight and very good at Christmas anagrams 😅 and mentioned the best team to play with @colchesterkings.

Thank you @anhonestpolitician and the @libdems for having me at your Christmas Dinner. 😘
