Some highlight of the Maplewood build I did with @louisrudolphbuilt. Grateful for the opportunity through @1drophomes to lean and collaborate with an incredible team and mentor. Much love to Reggie and all who made the build a huge success! 🏡 1️⃣💧 by @rasheed.thompson

So grateful for the @1drophomes community and the collective impact on housing we are seeing in the PNW.

Even bigger things on the horizon for 2026!

It's been incredible to watch the Birdsmill vision come to life! Huge shoutout to the incredible development team who made this possible, and to @dominiqueremy the @1drophomes fam for leading the way. 🙌

Over the past four years, I’ve been lucky to follow this project’s journey and learn a ton about the development process from some truly exceptional developers. Grateful to have been able to play a small part and experience the joy of seeing an idea become reality.

Onward to what’s next! 🚀🏡🏢

Meet the founder 👋🏽

I’m Rasheed Thompson, Founder & Managing Director of 365 Homes.

We started 365 Homes to build more than houses. We want to build places where families put down roots and neighbors become community. Every project we take on is built on trust, quality, and clear communication.

Let’s build something special together. Link in bio → 365homes.co by @rasheed.thompson

🏘️ Day 1 at Housing Washington 2026!

We had a great start in Spokane yesterday, joining housing leaders, developers, and advocates working to advance affordable housing across Washington.

Convened by the @wa_housing_finance in partnership with the @wastatecommerce and the @wahousingalliance, Housing WA brings together housing professionals to exchange ideas, strengthen connections, and explore solutions that expand access to housing and strengthen communities.

We’re glad to be part of this gathering and to support efforts to create more opportunities for BIPOC developers and advance equitable housing.

We’re back for Day 2 today and look forward to more conversations and connections through tomorrow! 🤝

✂️ On August 13th, 1DROP members, partners, and community supporters gathered in downtown Puyallup to unveil two crafted craftsman homes at the Maplewood Project ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The event marked a major milestone for 1DROP Members Lead Developer Reggie Brown of Louis Rudolph Homes and Project Apprentice Rasheed Thompson of 365 Homes, showcasing how hands-on mentorship on active job sites equips the next generation of builders with real-world expertise.

Congratulations to Reggie, Rasheed, and everyone who helped bring the Maplewood Project from vision to reality!

🏗️ Timing matters.

During a recent site visit at the Maplewood project, 1DROP Member @rasheed.thompson of 365 Homes shared why site selection is about more than choosing a piece of land. Soil conditions, weather, and project timing can all have a major impact on a development's success before construction even begins.

A successful project is shaped by the decisions made from day one.
