‘No Care Caravan’
A man lives a peaceful life on a hilltop, far from duties and expectations.
Until one day, when reality storms up the hill - but he’s been through it before, and he has a secret trick up his sleeve. Now the escape begins.

This project was mainly about having fun, but also about building my storytelling skills and learning how to handle all parts of what, for me, is a bigger project. It’s been such a joy to get back to making something where every creative decision was 100% my own.

I already have a couple of ideas for the next one, now it’s just about finding the time

First look at the flying caravan - one of the hero assets in my upcoming micro-short No Care Caravan.

I used Substance Painter to texture this specific model, but then got into UcuPaint (free Blender add-on) and used it for the rest of the project. I love ucupaint!

Critter - Character Animation Test
Working on a character for a potential short film, but I’m not sure I’ll have the time to take the project any further, so I ended up making this slightly overdramatic character animation test instead.

Sculpted, textured, rigged and animated in Blender. Compositing and editing done in After Effects. Music and foley done in Ableton Live.

No Care Caravan - Alt. version

I wasn’t sure which direction to take the flying scene, so I made a more moody score that never made it into the original version. I still really like this alternative edit and how it puts the main character’s happy-go-lucky vibe in a different light.

Trentemøller - Dreamweaver Tour - Visuals

Back in 2024, I animated visuals for Trentemøller’s Dreamweaver tour. Some of the material was based on the original Dreamweaver album art by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen, while the rest was created in Blender. Everything was brought to life in After Effects.

@trentemoeller gave me a lot of creative freedom, and I truly appreciate that trust.

Huge shoutout to lighting designer @elindkvst for the light wizardry that complemented the visuals.

For Højt For Vildt & For Meget – Illustrations for a Children’s Book (Politiken Forlag)

Quick and dirty illustrations call for a quick and dirty breakdown video.

The entire book was created in 3D using Blender, with sketch lines drawn by hand in Photoshop using a tablet. Not sure if this is the most effective pipeline, but it allowed me to utilize different skill sets - and I enjoyed every step of the process.

Again; thanks to Thomas Korsgaard and @politikensforlag for giving me a go on illustrating a children’s book.

For Højt For Vildt & For Meget – Illustrations for a Children’s Book (Politikens Forlag)

I had the honor of creating animation for the theater production For Højt For Vildt & For Meget. At the same time, Thomas Korsgaard asked if I’d like to illustrate his book of the same name, which was released just before the premiere at The Royal Danish Theatre.
Thomas and Politikens Forlag gave me complete creative freedom, so I went all in on foxes. The illustrations are 3D and made in Blender, with outlines added in post. And don’t worry, It’s not all sad-fox-dad. I just like him the most.
