Issa anniversary!

First NFL start. 🏈
First NFL TD. 🙌🏿
First NFL fine! 😅

I remember getting the word I was set to start against Green Bay. I was HYPED! Looking at the scouting report, I see future Hall of Famer Charles Woodson 👀, Tramon Williams, and more.

Ended the day 3 rec for 84 yds and 1 tub.

Plus, we got the win!

We live in a world where it's easy to criticize everything a person does.

And a lot of times we'll be our own worst critic.

It seems like we're leaving room for improvement, we're actually holding ourselves back .

I think you need to give yourself credit for your successes that you've had along the way.

Remind yourself how far you've gone on your journey.

The person you were at the beginning of this would be so proud of how far you've come.

In the early 2000s, Larry Fitzgerald was the COLDEST and had two kids in Canyon, TX growing out their hair in pursuit of some dreads.

@mann_hefresh and I were on a mission

Little did we know, it was picture day for the football team, and the mid-camp glow and uneven fro was in full effect! 😅

ANNNNDDD

THAT picture was the one chosen for the @wtamu Hall of Champions plaque.

So, @collettee25 this was NOT from the 1980s 🤣

Have you been to the Frisco Fresh Market on the weekends?

It has all types of unique shops, local vendors, storefronts and FOOD!

And a unique mural by Dutch artist @leonkeer

This weekend, pull up and see the art, grab a bite, and head to @rollertownbeer for a brew!

Being a first-time homebuyer is not a one-time status.

First-time buyers make up 21% of the purchases in 2026, the lowest rate since 1981.

Many think they must've NEVER owned a home to qualify, but that's not true!

If you sold your home BEFORE 2023, and didn't buy another, you may qualify!

Are you manifesting a new home like Angel Reese manifested the WNBA Finals? Let's talk!

Wanna see where you stand?
🔸The median age of first-time buyers is 40
🔸 Don't have 20% down? The median down payment is 10%
🔸Around 29% of first-time buyers use family gift funds to help with purchases. (HEY GRANDMA!😂) by @ratedarmstrong

Grateful for the weather! Missed Wednesday due to a brokerage meeting. Glad to be pushing people past perceived limitations. by @ratedarmstrong

First days of early voting in Texas.
Key positions are at stake from DC to the county.
Put your voice to work at the polls!

Sometimes the door closes before you even get to walk through it.

I failed my NFL physical at a Falcons rookie tryout and got sent home. No contract. No second chance that day.

But a closed door isn't a locked one. Keep working, because the next opportunity is watching how you handle this one.

I'm flipping these political texts to prospects 😅

I know you need my support at the polls (November 3 midterms)

But in the meantime and between time, who do you know that @agentarmstrong.realtor can help run the right plays in the real estate game? by @ratedarmstrong
