⚡️ “Against The Time” Oficialmente está en laboratorio. Ironman Documentary en camino. Stay tuned. #ironman #triathlon #jacksonville #documentary by @raul.moves
I was never an athlete, life threw a curve ball and on Jan 2024 decided to make a lifestyle change. I laced up my shoes and fast forward 2,154 miles later to May 16th 2026, I competed in the Jacksonville IronMan and finished at 14:32 hours! A race that less than 0.01% of the world population has ever completed! Our city was electric, the downtown backdrop was jaw dropping and I once again fell in love with Jacksonville. The Race… 3am wake up for a 7:30am race start. My first thought the moment my body hit the water was “WTF am I doing!?” But I knew there was no turning back at that point. 1:43 hours later I exited the St. John’s river and hopped on my bike for the grueling 112 mile trek from downtown Jacksonville to Nocattee and back! Improper calculations on my race day fueling plan left me with low reserves heading into the Marathon 26.2 miles that was staring me down. Never the less the run started and during mile 8 I was at my lowest low, I was at my breaking point and wanted to give up! That’s when my girlfriend came and encouraged me to not give up and to continue taking one step after another. She ran by my side for a solid 5 minutes and gave me the energy I needed, she settled my mind and I continued on🩵 Mile 18 it hit me again but rather than wanting to give up, I turned into a zombie. I was running while my eyes were shutting down. They became heavy and that’s when I heard my name and a familiar face also racing came by my side. He too was battling his own war but we both stuck by each other and pushed one another. When I was down he revitalized me and when he was down I didn’t leave his side, Boyd and I battled together till mile 26.2! The finish line finally came, I never imaged doing it in my life. Truly the hardest thing I’ve ever done and accomplished but I’ll tell you, while I was the one racing, the reason why I even lasted to the end was because of my support system. My family, friends and team behind the cameras, truly you all were instrumental. Thank you all for encouraging me and helping me from mile one to mile 140.6, I love you all, I’ll never forget this day because of you… 📸 @kendrickecheverria ‼️🙏🏼 #ironmanjax #ilovejax by @raul.moves
There’s never a “right time” to start. The best time is now. I waited for one day… then I chose day one. HYROX TAMPA was one for the books! 🔥💪 Karen and I showed up, pushed each other to our limits and kicked some ass!💪🏼 There’s something special about competing alongside your person. When I was tired, she pushed me. When she needed that extra motivation, I pushed her. We challenged each other, had a blast and crossed that finish line together🩵 Huge shoutout to Kendrick for making the trip to Tampa and capturing some incredible shots! 📸🔥 Miami HYROX, you’re NEXT! 😤 #HYROX #HYROXTampa #HYROXMiami #HybridAthlete #hyroxworld by @raul.moves
Chapter 43! 🎂🥳Blessed with another year of life, health, and incredible people! Kicked off my birthday with my traditional run, this time a 5K with my girl Stella! From there, I delivered warm empanadas to our local firefighters, celebrated the ribbon cutting of Wokhey in my district, and squeezed in a little açaí bowl lunch date with my beautiful girlfriend! 🩵 Then the real festivities began! Dinner with friends and family, a surprise beat-up 1993 scooter 🛵😂, and the guys showing up dressed just like me, all thanks to my girl’s planning! Apparently, I wear WAY too many bright colors! We capped off the night with an awesome live game show experience in Jax! 43 years around the sun, and one thing becomes clearer every year! Life is about the people you surround yourself with and the memories you create together. Thank you all for making my 43rd birthday one to remember! Here’s to another year of living life to the fullest! 🎉 by @raul.moves

Quick 45 minute Hyrox training session at 5am 🥵 Waking up at 4:30am for a 5am session sucks but it’s the best feeling when it’s 7am and you’ve burned through nearly 800 calories 💪🏼 #hyroxworld #hyroxtraining #hyroxtampa #fitnesscouple #celsius by @raul.moves
Hyrox is legit hard training! Comparing to an Ironman, in the one hour of hyrox training I’d say it’s much more difficult than Ironman training. Now keep in mind Ironman training is ultimately more difficult because of the endurance and many hours spent training but if you were to do one hour of Ironman training vs one hour of hyrox training l, hyrox takes the win!💯 #hyrox #hyroxtraining #ironmantraining #ironmantri #fitnessmotivation by @raul.moves
Literally passed 3 opponents in 3 races at the very end. Sorry @thegre8te8tbygregory 🙏🏼 Most people see the finish line and think the race is over… but it’s not‼️ The race is over when you CROSS it. So when that finish line comes into view, that’s when you EMPTY THE TANK! 🏃🏽‍♂️💨 3 races in less than 9 hours: 🏁 4 Miler 29:03 (7:16 per mile) 🏁 5K 22:01 (7:07 per mile) 🏁 1 Mile 6:20 mile Tour de Pain 2026 ✅ #runningman #runnersofig #runningmotivation #runstrong #5krace by @raul.moves
First official race since Ironman on May 16th! 🏃‍♂️🔥 Kicked off the @1stplacesports Tour De Pain with 4 miles tonight — tomorrow we’re back at it with a 5K at 7AM followed by the 1-mile race at 8:30AM. ⏱️ 7:16 avg pace 🏁 47th out of 499 💪 5th in my age group And watch until the end… if I’m behind you coming into the finish, just know I’m gonna push HARD to pass you 😎😂 Day 1 of marathon + Ironman prep. Time to get after it! 💪🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️ #runjax #marathonprep #ironmanprep #runningrace #runner by @raul.moves
