🌲🏹 Out in the woods with Wanda, the bow and a little break in the forest.
For several years @revolutionrace has been accompanying me on my tours. Whether on hikes, with bushcraft or in the meantime regularly on the 3D course - I do not want to do without good and reliable outdoor clothing.
What I particularly appreciate about the things: They just participate. Whether on the forest path, between the destinations on the course or when the dog decides once again that the direct path is only a recommendation. 🐕😄
If you are looking for outdoor clothing yourself:
With my code RAUS15 you get 15% off your order in June.

🇬🇧
Yesterday at the Whitsun tournament in Zams.
A long day outside, lots of arrows and another reminder why I enjoy archery so much. 🎯🌲

🇩🇪Mein Lieblings-Recharge?

Was bringt euch wieder runter und lädt euch auf?

🇬🇧My favorite recharge?
Forest air, a bow in my hand and a few hours outside.
Bushcraft, nature and clearing my head again. 🎯🌲

What helps you slow down and recharge?

🇬🇧
A day on a 3D course nobody knows yet. 🎯🌲
Can’t say much about it yet…
but one thing’s for sure: this course was seriously good.

Already looking forward to showing more. 👀

Was zieht euch aktuell raus in den Wald?

🇬🇧After-work round on the course.
Right now I’m more drawn to archery –
bushcraft is taking a bit of a back seat, conditions just don’t allow everything at the moment.

As long as I’m outside, that’s what matters. 🎯🌲

What’s pulling you out into the woods these days?

🇩🇪 Schon mal ein Mammut gejagt? 🦣
Gar nicht so leicht, wie man denkt… 🎯
Schönen Sonntag euch!

🇬🇧 Ever hunted a mammoth? 🦣
Not as easy as it looks… 🎯
Happy Sunday!

@jackalopearchery

🇺🇸Was once again outside the course yesterday and deliberately took my time.
Build up cleanly, stay in full extension and don’t just let it out.
Didn’t fit every arrow, but that’s exactly what it’s all about.
The good hits become more and overall the setup feels really harmonious.
In the long run, however, I realize that I will probably need a little more length...
Let’s see where this develops. 🎯

Alles Was man am Parcour so braucht.
Mit der Zeit merkt man, was Sinn macht… und was nur Gewicht ist.

👉 Wie schaut euer Setup aus?

🇬🇧This is how I move through a 3D course.
Everything in the bino harness – within reach, without getting in the way.

Habicht SL 7x42 for the overview,
rangefinder for judging distance,
multitool and knife for anything that comes up.
Small stuff like finger tab, pulling aid, pen or key is always with you.

Everything you need on the course.
Over time you learn what makes sense… and what’s just extra weight.

👉 What does your setup look like?

🇩🇪Hey Leute!

🇬🇧Hey guys!
A good knife and a fire steel – that’s all it often takes outside.
Everything else can be made by yourself with a little practice and what nature gives.

Less stuff, more skills.

👉 What matters more: gear or skills?

Have a nice Sunday!🌲🔥

🇩🇪Der erste Pfeil entscheidet… meistens daneben.
3D Parcours Martinzell.

🇬🇧The first arrow decides… usually it misses.
3D course Martinzell.
That’s exactly why I love it: judging distance, adjusting, trying again.
No shot is ever the same.
Sometimes it hits right away.
Most of the time it doesn’t – and that’s where progress happens.
Lately I‘m shooting a lot with my @jackalopearchery setup and starting to feel it more and more.
👉 Who knows that first arrow that goes completely off?
