Are you pushing through something challenging or are you trying to force continuance where misalignment is clear?

It’s okay not to know the answer. But you should, at the least, be aware of the fact that you don’t know. This awareness is what tells you that you need to pay closer attention. Give it more focus. Feel into it. Go deeper. Sit with it.

There is an answer, and part of you already knows it.

📖: The Courage to be Disliked - Kishimi & Koga

~

this book is such a great read for me. there’s so many things i came across just today that shed light on behaviours i was engaging in that contributed to the destruction of my interpersonal relationships.

wanted to share this in particular because a core part of my experience from as early as i can remember is having the desire to help people. and as i moved forward on my own healing journey and spiritual journey this got even more intense because generally i can quite literally *see* the exact actions people need to take to free themselves from certain challenges/situations/energies. i’m not gonna elaborate on that any further, but because i knew the extent of my intuitive abilities i would take it really personally when people didn’t listen to me, especially after asking me for help and it’s like i am literally holding the key in front of you why tf aren’t you taking it???
and i’m really now fully accepting how controlling i can be and have been in all of my relationships - family, friends and partners alike. and further accepting how ultimately me being forceful about getting them to listen or take my advice started to become more about me wanting to prove that i was right, and i see how this would’ve pushed people away and made them further resistant to my advice/info.

there’s a lot that i can see i’ve been going about all wrong.

some things i’ve known for a while but wasn’t aware of the full scope of things it was affecting/all the areas to which it applied.

Special shout out to my best friend of all time @qforcuriosity ❤️

Summing up this process really doesn’t do it justice. Before this was a digital book cover, it was an actual mixed medium art piece.
And I was gonna have someone else use the piece as reference for how to design the book cover but I decided to give her free reign to explore digitizing her own creation, and I’m beyond pleased with the result. It’s so exciting to know that our joint forces created something real…tangible. Insaneeeee.

This book has been in the works for quite some time. I’ve shared a bit of the process along the way so some of you may be familiar with what the contents are like. I know I went quiet on it for a while cause I mean I be doing akt fr 💀 but here we are. lt’s crazy to actually have the physical book in my hand. Still haven’t really processed it.
