if you asked me two & a half years ago when I sat on the reformer at @solidcore if I would ever consider being a coach, the answer would be the fastest “be so for real, heck no” but clearly the universe had much more in store for me, 😅

From falling in love with the shakes, to joining the company as Core Crew, & now to proudly say I’m a Coach - I truly could not be more grateful! Special thank you to @bentneyspears for being the GOAT & pouring into our training group💙

To Group 11, no words could ever sum up how proud I am of each of you!! I feel so lucky to have gone through this process with you all. Love yall 4L😭

Special shoutout to some who have truly inspired & supported me to be the coach I am today: @channarden @sammm13 @hana_bananah @tayaroundtheworld @lailygallo @dianaflores @phasjakelley @lizgunnell @devenalexandar 🫂

Although my time on the west coast has come to a close starting in July, you can come hang with me in NYC!!!🗽

Grateful to enter another year of life🤎

28 was a very challenging year but also a year filled with so many lessons and growth, despite the pain. As I enter 29, I’m so proud of me and getting back to feeling a sense of happiness and gratitude. I hope this next year I continue moving with discernment and grace all while prioritizing what I deserve.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes and to my friends for my making my day so special, xoxo. taken in Matū by @ravenrowena_
