It was indeed a time of imagination and connection in the just concluded “Lake Walking, Revolution Talking” poetry event held in San Francisco, USA.

Glad to be part of the @westoakland_westafrica project and a big thank you to @francesca5collina for holding it together! Congratulations to my guys @thedavidodiase @aremogemini your poems were earth shaking! Keep making waves 🙌🏾. A big thank you to @wordslanger for holding the goddess energy with demeanor and poems 👑 by @ravhin_elf

I give my love with open palm. I can’t make you want it, neither can I love you into loving me.

No matter what happens, I will come to you fully loved and I will leave the same, hopefully, with you by my side.

How deep are you? What’s the depth of your tongue when you whisper to me “I Love You”

It’s a great privilege to be part of this wonderful and beautiful history making project.

Firstly, I’d like to thank @cia_lagos and Koku Konu for bringing me on this project alongside my West African brothers and sisters in poetry. Also, I’d like to thank @westoakland_westafrica @francesca5collina for creating a life changing initiative and experience through their several art works and supporting my book as well. To my partner on this project, Amos White, having to get a glimpse to your mind in this poetry exchange was exciting, my curiosity was indeed awoken and my mind was enlightened. To my mentor who probably don’t know she’s my mentor yet but will be my mentor soon 😅 @wordslanger your support has been heartfelt and I’m grateful for what you’ve done. Thank you for giving me that little push and also supporting my own book. I met a great writer and poet in the poetry exchange @nanoramamania Her writing skills keeps me in awe, really mind blowing!

This is another big THANK YOU to @ybca10 thank you for giving me the opportunity to partake in your contest, the open arms and encouragement you gave is heartfelt and I remain grateful for that. To another beautiful writer with a golden voice @nike_nourishyou you keep inspiring me with your poems and I love to see it!

To my brothers and sisters, we made magic! And you guys are always on top of your game 🙌🏾Izzz gone! @78thpsalmist @otormatthew @victory_osas @thejulietnnaji
