A central feature in the business centre is the use of Butterfly Roofs.

These remain a responsive design solution to the extensive rains in the vicinity, but also beautifully frame rainspouts that allow the flow of water into catchment areas, integrated in the landscape development at site. taken in Oleander Farms by @ravianand14

Seeing this project take shape, has been quite gratifying! This Business Centre at Karjat, Maharashtra, is spread over 1.3 acres of land. We’ve tried to balance the volumes of built and open spaces on ground - ensuring that the Centre is engulfed in nature.

All spaces over look pocket greens, smaller courts or the vivacious plaza in the centre - all encompassing around 25000 square foot of luscious green areas. taken in Oleander Farms by @ravianand14

Designing for nature, ensuring true responsiveness to the context of land; designing for experience, considering the visitors’ navigation through the spaces; and designing for simplicity, through mindful forms, materials and aesthetics; are three core interwoven design principles here. As a sensitive human response to nature, it focuses on both the built volumes and the spaces between them; leaving the natural environment in its pristine form - almost untouched and unaltered. Standing testament to our vision, the Wellness Centre harmoniously coexists within the context of the land, with Eutierria being the very essence of one’s experience here.
