No one really understands what goes on inside your business apart from you and your team.

Switching from sourcing to management cost us tens of thousands of pounds and took months, but now we’re out the other side it’s the best thing we ever did!

On the back end of an SA business - hiring and training staff to work within your business takes patience, humility, and time. However, if you stay consistent, all of this compounds, and as long as your staff member has the correct mindset, they will learn.

It has taken many walkthroughs, SOPs, and videos for the girls to get to the level they are at now, and there's still work to do. Every day, everyone in the business is always improving, and that's all I can ever ask for.

When you have overseas staff, it can sometimes be hard to build a sense of community, but each and every day, I make this a priority within the team and ensure that all staff are engaged to maximise productivity and results.

Before signing with us, this property was making £1400 on a long-term let... now the landlord makes at least triple that each month from their property.

We proved our model on their property, and we now have many more properties like this on our books.

My own mind has been my own worst enemy at times in this journey, but you live and you learn…

I think it’s so important to reflect on how far you’ve actually come, and be grateful for it whilst still aiming for more! taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @ravigoshawk
