When nobody comes to the open house, agents go through four stages… 🏡😂

1️⃣ We work. Emails, follow-ups… look at us being productive. 💻
2️⃣ “People… WHERE ARE YOU?!” 👀
3️⃣ We count the minutes. One Mississippi… two Mississippi… is this clock even working?! ⏰
4️⃣ We go stir-crazy. Congratulations, this open house is now a one-woman reality show. 🤪

Come tour the house before I start interviewing the furniture. 😂

🏡✨ From tired to transformed!

This East Dallas rehab received a serious glow-up—inside and out. We took a home that needed new life and created a fresh, modern space ready for its next chapter.

Think bold black curb appeal, warm wood accents, refinished hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, refreshed bathrooms, brighter living spaces, and four bedrooms offering plenty of room to live, work, and grow.

Rehabs are never without a little chaos, but watching the vision come together makes it all worth it! 👀

Which transformation is your favorite—the exterior, kitchen, bathrooms, or living spaces?

Thank you for loving me and my kids the way you did. I loved the way your eyes would light up every time you saw me. I’ll forever cherish our fishing trips, your corny jokes, and being your gum dealer. Most of all, I loved you.

You were truly an amazing man, and I will miss you more than words can say. ❤️ by @ravila1977

A great night, a great crowd, and a great kickoff for the East Dallas Chamber Classic!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the official launch of the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce’s October golf tournament at TopGolf Dallas. The evening brought together Chamber members, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters to celebrate the start of what will be one of our biggest fundraising initiatives of the year.

A special thank you to Brian Bessner and the Chisholm Trail Financial Group team for hosting us at Energy Square Pavilion and helping us kick things off in such a fun and memorable way.

We are also excited to recognize our current tournament sponsors, including @HomeBank and @visiteastdallas. Your early support helps build momentum for an event that will directly support the Chamber’s mission to connect, support, and grow the businesses and neighborhoods that make East Dallas thrive.

The East Dallas Chamber Classic is off to a strong start, and now is the perfect time to get involved.

Register a team, become a sponsor, or learn more at link in bio. Event landing page sponsored by @redraceradvertising

Stay tuned for more sponsor announcements, team registration updates, and ways to help us drive this event forward. by @ravila1977

POV: You came for the condo… but stayed for the waterfalls, chandeliers, and pickleball courts. 💅🏡✨
This North Dallas gem has everything: gated privacy, resort vibes, and enough storage space to finally keep your “I might need this someday” collection. 😂
