POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Full houses across Bengaluru, Shivamogga, Heggodu, Mysuru, Chennai and Kottayam.

And reviews that have left us wondering if this should indeed be a Farewell Tour. 😊

After nearly twenty years, Under the Mangosteen Tree still seems to find something new at every venue — a new laugh, a new silence, a new audience discovering the extraordinary world of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer.

And now, for the very first time, we are bringing the play to Pune!

Two evenings to share these beautiful, deeply human stories of love, humour, mischief and life with a new audience.

October 3 & 4 | 7 PM
Shreeram Lagoo Rang-avakash, Pune @slr_blackbox

These are the closing shows of this leg of the tour.

If you’ve never met Basheer through Under the Mangosteen Tree, this is your chance.

In association with @atulpethe50 and Natakghar, Pune

You’ve met travelers before, but have you met one who collects stories instead of souvenirs? 🎒📖

Railway platforms.
Strangers who become clues.
Conversations that refuse to end.

And every road… somehow leads back to New India Lodge.

Now here’s the question for you,
If you met Arun Kumar tonight… what would he already know about you?

Join us at the table. DM to reserve your seat.
Follow the page because the story is just beginning.

He doesn’t just act. He embodies the chaos. And that’s exactly what this madness needs.
He has mastered the art of being everything at once. Meet Naman Roy. One moment, he’s a clown dancing on the brink; the next, an orator commanding a crowd. A creative mind fueled by paradoxes—spicy food and humble beings—he lives in the unconventional spaces we so desperately crave.

Meet Naveen Kumar J. An actor and producer who knows a thing or two about crime, cityscapes, and the absurdity of it all. Having performed at national festivals and produced critically acclaimed series like Netflix’s Crime Stories: India Detectives, Naveen brings a razor-sharp eye for the human condition to the stage. He’s obsessed with the chaos of urban life and absurd events—which, frankly, makes him a perfect fit for our madness.

Come watch him bring his brilliant mind to The Big M of Madness. Tickets are live—link in bio.

Meet Bharath BV. While the world sees a learning and development consultant, we see a soul constantly on the brink of another reality. He moves with a quiet, practiced purpose—from rescuing serpents to sculpting murals—but within, a storm of habitual daydreaming rages. He’s been training his entire life for this madness.

Watch him bring chaos and madness in mad propotions. He’s one of us now.

Tickets for The Big M of Madness are live! Link in bio.
