It's been one year since I said my final goodbye to you 💔 To say this has been the worst year of my life would be an understatement. Adjusting to this "life" without you has been very difficult, you always said I was the strong one, in reality you were the strong one, the glue that held us together. I just followed your lead and everything turned out okay. Now I question everything I do wondering what your thoughts would have been and the decision you would make. I can't put into words how much my heart aches for you, just one more hour, one more day to sit down and tell you how much you meant to me and how much I am lost without you. I had Thanksgiving dinner with Mathew and Amanda today, you would be so proud of them. I so wish you would have been there with me, this is so hard without you 💔 by @raw3132369

This has been one journey I hope I never have to do again, but progress is starting. One week post op, had the cast removed and now onto the roboarm by @raw3132369

Had my surgery this morning, doctor said it was worse than expected, the biceps tendon was more shredded than torn. A big thank you to Patricia Waynick Blose for coming down state to help me out. She got to see the pictures of the surgery I requested the doctor to take, I will get to see them next Friday. by @raw3132369

So today would have been mine and Sue's 14th wedding anniversary, instead I brought her ashes home. As bittersweet as this day is, I'm so grateful that she is back home where she belongs. I would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes, calls and texts. I would like to thank my special neighbor Carol Moses who has been there when I needed someone to talk to. I would especially like to thank her son Mathew Parsons and his fiance Amanda Jones for being huge pillars of support for me. Without them I would have been lost. by @raw3132369

I wasn't sure if I was going to make this post, it's by far the hardest post I have ever had to make. Early this morning I had to say my final goodbye to my beautiful wife Sue Waynick . For the last 19 years she has been my rock, she made me a much better person than I ever could have been on my own. Over the years she has battled many health issues, including a kidney transplant, I was by her side through each and every one of them and we tackled them together. Unfortunately, this battle we weren't able to win. I will miss her so much and I feel relief that she is no longer having to fight anymore. I love you so much and hope to see you again 💔 by @raw3132369
