An underground event collective operating in Kazakhstan’s
two largest cities — Almaty and Astana. The project is
dedicated to fostering an open dance floor culture while
providing a platform for emerging local artists.
Over the years, the collective has hosted internationally
acclaimed artists such as Mama Snake (Denmark), UFO95
(France), KUSS (France), Mr. Ho (Hong Kong), Elli Arakawa
(Japan), alongside some of Central Asia’s most exciting
talents.
RAW sees culture as a continuous process of
transformation, without striving for a final form or
repeating successful formulas. Every event emerges from
a specific moment, a particular space, and the people who
bring it to life. Unpredictability and constant reinvention
remain at the core of the project’s identity. taken in Tashkent, Uzbekistan by @raw_dancefloor
