La vie en Rose(s). I el Cap de Creus!!!!! Avui ha estat un dia espectacular. Un viatge increïble, una entrega, abraçades, bon rotllo, paradís i la prova d'un còctel increïble creat per Riccardo de Chiringuito La Pelosa amb Rawal.
Without any light words, it's a little piece of heaven. Pure pleasure. The journey, the amazing food, the fantastic drinks, the lovely people, the experience. I've been to many places, but my endorphins have never been higher.

Bona tarda ...it's Friday, the weekend starts here, make it a classic ✨

A match made in heaven…

Un Dry Martini con Rawal Gin y Noilly Prat, preparado por Mike Crook en XIX Bar (el bar más icónico de Gin y Gin Tonics en Barcelona)

Aquí no hay concesiones.
Mike lo tiene claro:
“Si veo a un coctelero con un jigger de Noilly Prat… lo paro.”

Extra dry. Sin concesiones.
Su toque final:
twist de lima — más fresco, más vivo.

A friend of mine, Jordi, once said at G.O.D. Bar in China town, Bangkok:
“I like my Martini very dry… just show the gin the bottle of NP. Wave it at it"

Served there with sashimi of sea urchin, eaten from back of hand while you sip.
With Rawal’s subtle kombu note…
that pairing would be very interesting. One day we will try and pull that off.
