Fresh drop of Colombian coffees has arrived, some super juicy, clean and terroir focused lots alongside a returning favourite and new coferment.

We are eagerly awaiting our new Rwandan lots which will be releasing at the end of the month.

Our new website is now live for your viewing (and purchasing) pleasure.

As we continue to move on from the monstrousities I've created, to actually starting to look like a serious business now, through collaborations and with the help of some incredibly talented people, thanks for being along for the ride!

If your interested in wholesale please apply through the website. If you are an existing wholesale customer please apply through the site and we will approve your application straight away!

Shoutout to @bence.jpeg for the absolutely insane website and as always @benj.story for the photography.

Out with the old and in with the new.

As much as we loved the old shop, it was fucked. We built it ourselves on a shoestring budget with the help of some YouTube videos, the fact it survived 2 years was a miracle so we've ripped it all out and got a nice shiny new shop.

As we are constantly evolving and learning, this feels like a huge step in working towards our longer term goals and ambitions and we hope you enjoy the new space as much as we do.

Huge shoutout to @esgateandkeir for the fit out and @o.b_design_and_build for everything else inbetween!

We are back and fully operational in the roastery, got one of our best lineups yet and loads more to be released.

Huge shoutout to the legends over @maudecoffee for letting me use their roaster while ours was down.

To celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and in my never ending pursuit of better espresso, I've treated myself to a new toy @sworksdesign step down basket! Turns out 49mm is all you need. After I'm finished playing about, this will make much better espresso for all you lovely people, and the photo was too good to not post.

Happy Easter

Our updated retail shelf.

We've decided to increase our offering and sell brew equipment which is tried and tested by us, the stuff we use on a daily basis and makes all your delicious brews. So it made sense to stock the best in the game @orea.uk alongside our ever changing retail selection.

Just applying the finishing touches to the shop now. It's an accumulation of the little things that makes coming down special and memorable. Thanks for being along for the ride so far!

The bar is in, now just to finish off the rest! Bare with us while we paint in the evenings and get it all finished up over the next couple of weeks for you all! It's all coming together...slowly
Still trying to fix the roaster amongst it all, to be honest it's been a proper battle so you all better enjoy it and buy some expensive coffee by @rawcoffeeleeds

We wish you all a Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅🏼

To everyone who has visited the coffee shop or bought a box of beans, we just wanted to say thank you! We really appreciate it. We can't wait to see you all again after our break.

This seasons edition of Mill Hill and now in the hopper is from one of our favourite farmers Jorge Mira at @eljaragualcoffee. This Thermal Shock Washed Castillo is tasting like crisp red apples balanced with a touch vanilla and rounded out with toffee like sweetness.

Sourced via our mate Jonny over @micafetradingco.
