The last part of my 3 part exploration of chronic pain/illness!
This piece aims to explore the relationship between environment and chronic conditions. I was tempted to say a lot about this piece as it relates to me personally but I felt that it was more interesting to allow people to interpret it for themselves.
I would love to hear people’s interpretations or other thoughts!

Wouldn’t it be messed up if aliens invaded earth and destroyed it but kept humans as pets? Then made a show where they make human pets sing for their life in a bracket style competition, and if they lose they die. And aliens trained their pets from a young age to compete for this show for fame and money. And pet humans fell in love with each other but would have to compete and watch the one they love die.

ARTFIGHT! This is a cat?dog? Creature? Named Biscuit Egg Sandwich!
This one was cool to work with because he is such an shapely character with a pretty stylized 2D form. I had fun figuring out how to convey it properly in the 3rd dimension when he doesn’t conform to it’s logic.

Finally getting to Art Fight of this year in my posts! Another 3D model based off a 2D character, BUT for this one I added on some minor 2D elements on top to stylize it a little!
