Transparently, this is not an easy season.

I’m sure a lot of people resonate.

But, teaching Revitalize last night reminded me that there are things to make space and be grateful for. 🌻

🙏🏽 I am healthy enough to teach cardio, yoga, and Pilates on a weekly basis.
🙏🏽 I have time to do something I have loved since I was a child, and help others remember how special and strong they are.
🙏🏽 I have a supportive family and village to carry me through the hardest moments of journeying towards my big goals.
🙏🏽 I have grown and healed so much with my mental health, and feel confident in continuing to grow, even when it is challenging.
🙏🏽 I can safely love and be loved, and actually becoming a wife.
🙏🏽 I’m connected at church and have opportunities to serve the community again.
🙏🏽 I can dance in the rain—and this one, is what I am@truly grateful for. 🍯

Just sharing my nuggets of gratitude in the midst of a thunderstorm for anyone else who is looking for a ray of sunshine in the clouds. We got this. 🐝
