Something life-changing I learned this year after reading a few of @thichnhathanh’s incredible books is the art of practicing walking as a meditation. Rather than walking with the intention to get somewhere or accomplish something, we walk with the intention to simply enjoy the present moment. Slowly & mindfully savoring each step, taking deep conscious breaths and noticing all of the gifts around us. Excited to keep practicing this :)

Today I noticed what a joy and a blessing it is to be able to use my legs to walk wherever I want and experience the endless beauty of Nature. The playful caress of the wind on my face, the gentle warm kiss of the sun enveloping my skin, the gorgeous green foliage that is a treat for my eyes to rest upon... consciously allowing life to turn me on so I exist in a perpetual state of the bliss vibration. by @rawkitchenwitch

Went to a Halloween market recently & had fun putting together this outfit!

Something that has been on my mind for a while:
Health & wellness has been such a foundational part of my life that I hold sacred, which is the main reason I created this page many years ago. Being vegan for the animals & raw for my health are so incredibly important to me, which is why I will continue to share my experiences & yummy food here 🍒

But there is SO much more to me that I’d love to express as a multidimensional being having a human experience, which is why I made another page 🖤 @liminal.lust ~ I’ll be sharing more of what makes me happy: books & what I’m reading, outfits, goth music, perhaps bits of my witchcraft practice, my film photos & more. Basically whatever I’m into that’s not food related lol

If you’d like to follow me there & get more of a sense of who I am beyond what I love to eat, then thank you so much!! I feel kind of nervous to share more of myself because I’m quite a private person in many aspects… but I’ve just been feeling called to express myself more fully & unapologetically so fuck it, :) by @rawkitchenwitch

These were the best figs I’ve ever had!! I ate this whole plate 😅 I was stuffed af but couldn’t stop eating them lmao

I’m on my annual summer fruit cleanse & have been eating an abundance of all the healing late summer fruit before they’re all gone & the gifts of autumn graciously returns 🍂

Only eating fruits for 30+ days has been so transformative for my mind, body & spirit!! I intuitively felt the need to fast & cleanse & I’m grateful that I listened to my body’s wisdom because I’m feeling incredible ✨!

A couple weeks ago my lover came home with fresh organic okras from the farmers market & ever since I’ve been obsessed with having them with my salads!! They are so delicious eaten raw 😍~ they give a nice cronch that is just delectable 🤌🏽
