I feel genuinely sad when I look at social media nowadays. People see someone posting success, prices, achievements, and a perfect image, and immediately assume that person is successful and confident.

But real success and confidence look very different.

A truly successful, confident woman has respect. She has dignity. She has standards. She knows who she is, what she is doing, and how to treat people. She doesn’t need to manipulate, disrespect, or step on others to prove her power.

Success is not just what you show. Confidence is not just how you look. Your character, your behaviour, and the way you treat people reveal who you really are 😊 by @raxshana4

I never support anyone blindly, and I don’t hate anyone just for the sake of hating them.

Whenever I speak, I speak from my own experiences from things I have personally seen, experienced, and learned.

And somehow, I feel like the wedding industry and entertainment industry in Germany is becoming more and more toxic. Honestly, it’s really sad.

We are all part of the same community. We should be supporting each other, pushing each other forward, growing together, and working together.

But what is happening now?

Ego.
Competition.
“Who is the best?”
“Who is number one?”
“Who is going to be the one?”

It’s becoming disgusting.

I usually don’t want to get involved in other people’s drama or interfere in anyone’s mess. I would rather focus on my own work and stay away from all of it.

But staying silent all the time is not always the answer.

Because when nobody speaks up, some people start believing they can do whatever they want.

Sometimes, you have to raise your voice.
Sometimes, you have to call things out for what they are.
And sometimes, you simply have to put people in their place and shut the nonsense down.

That’s it. Let’s choose collaboration over competition, respect over ego, and hold each other accountable so we can build a stronger and healthier community together
