I loved working on this concept, I wanted to paint abstract faces with Indian jewellery and I’m in love with this painting.

.
It was so tough to accidentally not move the canvas and paint🥲🥲

Concept : faces with an Indian twist

Ritual of making one painting every time I visit india, comes to an end, a good one though. Swipe to see all pieces together.

Who let the ducks out?

This one was fun to paint and it was so therapeutic. I painted this one amidst working on my assignments and it was totally worth all the time put into it.
I tired gouache on a different gsm paper and it works very well. I first used it on Pantone cards for the previous post but it becomes dry and kinda flaky.

Pantone series
P-1 beach sunset
Disappearing and coming back has become my thing now. But anyway here’s my first Pantone and also my first gouache painting . It’s been a year since I’ve had these cards. I’ve missed making art so so much. It’s been really crazy year since my last consistent posting. So for those of you who don’t know, I study design communication in Singapore. And it’s been so time consuming. Giving my all to school work and survival. Finally in a happy place and I thought, I’ve left what used to make me happy far behind. So here’s to posting art that makes me happy. It’s been a while, feels like I’ve lost touch but you can never forget what you’ve learnt, it just takes some time and practice to get back at it. So I’ll make more artworks and also post some of my school projects to keep up with Instagram. Until then I hope you like my first attempt to many.

Anywayyyy to keep this page active I will start posting my projects as they are design related and I want to take you all along on my design studies journey.

I painted this piece for my assignment which was based on study and usage of lines to create forms.
