Black Man Joy. In a world full of hate, I’m going to spare a smile.

There's gon' be some stuff you gon' see that's gon' make it hard to smile in the future But through whatever you see Through all the rain and the pain You gotta keep your sense of humor
You gotta be able to smile through all this bs
Remember that!

So Proud of Ms. Watson, she brought it yesterday. Perseverance was shown, and all the hard work paid off. She’s been some kind of special this season, and it is only the beginning. You are looking at 2018 Indoor Sun Belt Champion in the 800m, you are looking at a young lady who knows the true meaning of leaving nothing up to chance, but rather taking what is rightfully hers, the victory through Jesus The Christ Our Lord! #sunbeltchampionship #runningworld #runeatsleep #trackandfield #tracknation #flotrack #justthebeginning taken in Birmingham Crossplex by @ray_walk

We didn’t accomplish our team goal at the Sunbelt Conference XC Championship, but did have some individuals goals accomplished. Shanieke Watson 🇯🇲 and Isaac Lalang 🇰🇪 finished 6th and 4th respectively. Regional’s up next at TAMU! The entire squad will be back December 2nd when we open at ASU for the indoor season. #soproud #misfits #ualrxctf #xcnation #jamaicajamaica #kenya #carribbean #motherland #iphone8plusphotos by @ray_walk
