✨ Let’s walk the path together ✨
My work weaves together movement, embodiment, ritual and feminine wisdom.
Let’s come together to remember the quiet wisdom
of the body, the breath and our emotions.
Through embodied movement, somatic journeys, feminine coaching, yoga, women circles and sacred cacao ceremonies, I hold spaces for those who feel the call to move, soften and return.
If you feel drawn to walk a part of this path with me, you are warmly invited to reach out via direct message here on Instagram. All details around energy exchange, timing and the shape of our work together are shared in private, in resonance.
This winter, I will be opening an online Rauhnächte container — a threshold space through the twelve sacred nights. More will be shared soon.
If something in you is listening, I would love to connect with you. 🤍

Do you believe in fairies and the magic around you?🌿🧚‍♀️✨

It’s not only about fairies and other magical creatures; it’s about awareness. Awareness of the magic in your daily life✨

There are a few simple things you can do to invite and notice the magic around you.

❀ Walks through nature, greet the plants, honor every snail, every ant and the other animals around you. Look into the greens and let your imagination create another world. Being close to Mother Nature is being close to the source, close to the spirits around. You can find whatever you’re searching for.

❀ Romanticize your life and make it more whimsical. You can basically romanticize everything… cut out your apple into stars, take yourself on dates, add flowers and sparkle into your day. Or like we did: carry a frame and a mirror around for a shooting… And yes, some people might call you naive or dreamy, but this isn’t actually bad, right?

❀ Believe into the magic. The universe always speaks and is actually never working against us. Pay attention and reflect on the symbols you’re receiving.

❀ Trust your feelings, a dream and other symbols. They all mean something and as we believe and trust, we can call in the magic.

❀ Your whole life is a ceremony!! Be present and celebrate your life. At the same time, show the gratitude that we’re able to live this (privileged) life. Pray before you eat, write down or reflect on things you’re grateful for every day, tell your family and friends that you love them. It’s about the small things to slowly make a change since we can’t change the whole world at once.
Life is a ceremony, so let devotion be a part of our day.

How do you call your everyday magic in? 🌿✨🧚‍♀️

A bowl of Magic 🔮✨

Nourish your cycle by listening to your body and following your rhythm. Let every day start like a ritual. A deep prayer full of gratitude for our entire being.

As women, our moon cycle and especially the menstrual phase are a superpower, yet many people treat it like a weakness. Yes, we are more sensitive, even more deeply connected to our intuition and our emotions, but we should celebrate every moment of it.

This is one of my favorite breakfast bowls during my menstrual cycle: My warm and cooked (!!) vegan Berry Smoothie Bowl. 💜

𖦹 first of all, my favorite ingredient: Cacao!! I used the @goodmoodfood_berlin Mushroom Cacao as a topping (after cooking). It has Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi and Hericium, which, to summarize, are traditionally used to support the immune system, stress resilience, energy, focus and overall wellbeing.

But honestly, this is pure medicine and I’m in awe of it. Since I love chocolate and have cravings during my menstrual cycle, I often add raw cacao, ceremonial cacao, carob powder and cacao nibs as well. 🫢

As spices, I also add cinnamon and pepper for a warming benefit. Additionally, you can add Shatavari and/or Ashwagandha, which are Ayurvedic roots. But I highly recommend talking to an Ayurvedic doctor or nutritionist first, even if you can buy them everywhere nowadays.

I infused my bowl with the Women’s Energy Yogi Tea, which has hibiscus, angelica root and ginger.

Naturally, I always feel the urge to eat red and pinkish things during this phase. Do you feel the same?

I will share more about the ingredients and why I chose them in the comments. ✨

Meet our facilitators 🤍

In voller Präsenz.

Wir freuen uns darauf, dich in diesem Raum willkommen zu heißen und gemeinsam einen Tag voller Präsenz, Freude und Verbundenheit zu erleben. 🤍 taken in Mindibu by @raya.salome

The medicine of nature,
The medicine that lives within you.
Feel the guidance and reconnect to the truth.

No rules, no judgment, no shame,
But living in curiosity, almost like life is a game.
This is why I have to confess
That being a bit feral and childish is my claim.

Nature teaches us to ground, to deepen our feelings,
She shows us how to play and discover our healings.
And in the end, nature carries you through.

You are nature,
And nature is you.

I just want to play mermaids and be with my besties on beautiful springs and lakes…🐚🌀🤍

Some days ago, I was chatting with a good friend of mine (with the best facts but also truly wise words @lifeasdeepak ) and we were talking about the paradoxes of life.

Sometimes you can be extremely excited about a trip, a task or something else and have fears at the same time.
Sometimes you really want to go somewhere, but you’re mentally just not ready for it.

I arrived back in Germany 1.5 weeks ago and even if there are many places and things I deeply enjoy and I’m grateful for, I feel a strong pull to travel again.
I want to travel around, explore, learn something new, sail, hike, learn, surf… but then taking the train to the neighborhood feels too much.

I’m observing that I’m still integrating: beautiful months of traveling, all the moments that touched me, all the people I met. And after all the movement, stillness feels uncommon and quite uncomfortable, but maybe it’s needed.

One part of me can’t believe that I decided not to go to a festival I was really looking forward to, but the other part is so damn proud that I’m taking care of myself, observing my body language, and choosing to stay with myself.

I learn to surrender to the paradoxes of life more and more and this is what mermaids teach me: they have so many different archetypes. They can be soft and strong, they’re connected to snakes and dragons and they can be fiery, but are creatures of the water as well.

They teach us to find the beauty, but also show that this can trick people. They show how to rule a Queendom and embody the archetype of the maiden by being treated as a princess, allowing ourselves to receive.

The paradoxes of life also keep the beauty of life and I’m grateful to experience all of this. 🌀✨🧜‍♀️ taken in Greece by @raya.salome

꩜ The season of new beginnings ꩜
When I speak about Inner Spring, I’m referring to the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle - a season of renewal, new possibilities and gentle awakening.

As one cycle comes to an end, another quietly begins. Estrogen gradually rises, and with it, many women notice a gentle return of energy, motivation and curiosity - much like nature awakening, with the first flowers beginning to open again.

Just as the earth awakens after winter, this season invites us to nourish ourselves in ways that feel light, vibrant and alive.
One of my favorite ways to tune into my body during this phase is through herbal teas. Nettle has a long tradition as a spring herb and has been associated with renewal and vitality. Lemon balm and elderflower have a gentle, calming freshness that feels almost like spring in a cup. 🌱
Elderflower also carries a very special meaning for me personally — I see it as a symbolic doorway to another dimension. I’ll share more about this soon. ✨

As your energy increases, you may notice yourself stepping out of your cave. You might feel more open to connection, new people, creative projects, hobbies and ideas that have been quietly waiting for you.
What is calling you to begin?

Movement may feel different, too. You might naturally feel drawn towards strength training, hiking, dancing or higher-intensity movement.
For me, it’s always dance - and during this phase I often feel a little more capacity to challenge myself and explore something outside my comfort zone.

Rather than forcing yourself into a routine, allow your movement to reflect the season you’re in and the person you are.

Inner Spring isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s an invitation to listen more closely and remember the parts of yourself that have been quietly resting beneath the surface.
Like the first wildflowers, you don’t have to force yourself to bloom.
Simply give yourself sunlight, nourishment, gentleness and time. 🌿✨ by @raya.salome

𖦹𖤓 I’m just realizing how quickly half of the year has passed.
So many beautiful memories 𖦹𖤓

The people I met, the moments I lived, sunsets and sunrises, dances that made me feel truly alive. But also challenges, initiations into new chapters, and lessons that are still asking to be integrated.

Celebrating Lughnasadh with one of my beloved friends reminded me of something so simple, yet so profound: integration is just as important as growth. A seed doesn’t bloom the moment it’s planted. It needs silence, nourishment, patience, and trust. Just like we do.

The card I pulled that day - after sharing a nourishing meal, a homemade plum cake made with the fruits we had harvested and a powerful herbal tea infused with lady’s mantle, lavender, sage, and mint that we had gathered ourselves - couldn’t have reflected this message more beautifully: Earth Star Chakra Activation.

It speaks of reconnecting with the wisdom of the Earth, being fully present in our bodies and allowing our experiences to transform into embodied wisdom. It reminded me that growth and even our sādhana is not about leaving this world behind, but about rooting ourselves even more deeply within it.
For me, it’s about the journey inward. Returning home to myself. Making space to sit with every emotion that has surfaced over these past months, instead of rushing into what’s next or distracting myself from what is asking to be felt.

As nature slowly ripens its harvest, I’m reminding myself that my own inner seed is still growing.

May we all find the courage to slow down, trust divine timing, root ourselves in the present moment, and allow our inner seeds to grow in their own perfect season.🧚‍♀️✨🤍 taken in Around The World by @raya.salome

My darling friends hosted a whimsical tea party but although the photos that were so beautifully captured by @mia.azais are stunning, the lens didn’t quite catch the magic in-between but Mia and I adjusted the settings on her camera and we got the raw footage that conveyed everyone’s true form.

Raya (@raya.salome) nimmt dich mit auf eine somatische Reise – zum Ankommen, Spüren und Fühlen. ✨

Was ist gerade präsent in dir?

When fairies and elves gather, they weave magic. ✨

The kind of magic you can feel all around,
held by love on this sacred ground.

Born from open hearts, shared presence, and the invisible thread that connects us all.

Forever grateful for this beautiful Bali tribe. Missing you, while knowing that distance can never separate hearts that are truly connected. 🤍

I literally can’t describe in words how much I love you, but I hope you know that you’re so so loved. Doesn’t matter if you’re on one of this pictures or not.

I see you in five 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️ taken in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia by @raya.salome
