Housed in a former Renaissance-era church dating back several centuries, the space preserves its sacred volumes, arches, and silence, while giving them new life through contemporary design.
Volumnia is more than a showroom — it’s a curated universe where art, architecture, collectible design, and craftsmanship meet. Their concept is built around timeless pieces, refined materials, and a deep respect for space, light, and proportion. Each object feels intentional, almost ceremonial, in dialogue with the historic surroundings.
Thank you for the invitation and for opening the doors to this extraordinary place, where the past and present coexist in such a powerful and poetic way.

The architecture in Bulgaria between 18th- 19th century is a vibrant expression of a nation’s soul striving for freedom and identity during the Bulgarian National Revival. Rooted in tradition yet alive with creativity, this architectural style embodies the resilience and spirit of a people under Ottoman rule. The houses, with their warm wooden beams, stone foundations, and overhanging upper floors, seem to embrace the landscape, creating a sense of harmony and belonging.

These homes, often adorned with colorful facades and intricate carvings, reflect a deep love for craftsmanship and beauty. Walking through the cobblestone streets of towns like Plovdiv, Tryavna, or Koprivshtitsa, one feels the timeless connection to Bulgaria’s rich past. Each building stands as a testament to the enduring Bulgarian spirit, blending tradition with innovation and turning everyday life into art…
