Started pre-med, finished pre-law. They tried to break me, but I built something greater.

I came in wanting to be a chemistry major on the pre-med track, but quickly realized that wasn’t my calling. After my first semester, I lost all academic confidence and even considered transferring. But I stayed, and I conquered. Today, I graduate from the prestigious Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Psychology and a plan to attend law school. The struggle was real, but so is this victory.

During my time at Vanderbilt:
✅ I made the Dean’s List six times
✅ Became a Top 10 Outstanding Senior (the ONLY Black Woman)
✅ Co-founded Bold and Beautiful
✅ Served as President, Treasurer, Alumni Relations, Homecoming Chair, and Z-Hope Coordinator of the Omega Pi Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
✅ Was named Undergraduate Chapter President of the Year and Undergraduate Zeta of the Year
✅ Was named Sorority Member of the Year for Greek Life
✅ Served as Co-President of the BCC Ambassadors
✅ Worked as a Women’s Center intern, fostering body positivity
✅ Served as Junior Representative for the NAACP
✅ Partnered with local organizations to uplift Black women and mothers in Nashville

This degree is more than a piece of paper, it's proof that I am resilient, deserving, and prepared for what’s next. 🖤💛 @vanderbiltu

From legacy to leadership, this journey has meant everything to me.

Becoming a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated as a sophomore was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As a double legacy, I always knew Zeta was home, but I never imagined how much this sisterhood would stretch, shape, and strengthen me. Since crossing into the Omnipotent Omega Pi Chapter, I’ve had the chance to hold multiple roles, grow alongside the most incredible women, and be part of a legacy that’s so much bigger than me.

To my neos, thank you for trusting me to lead and guide you.
To my alumni and pros, thank you for pouring into me.
To my brothers, thank you for always showing up.
And to my line sisters, you all have made every step of this journey worth it.

Zeta gave me more than a title. It gave me purpose, confidence, and a forever family.💙🤍
