Raychel Polk, J.D.

In one month, I will graduate from The University of Texas School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. As the first lawyer in my family, I carry this accomplishment that I've worked toward for so long with pride and great responsibility. I'm so grateful for my support system and Texas Law. I did the hard work, but the doors that God has opened and nobody could shut are a testament to His grace. All glory to God🤍 by @raychelpolk

Last night I was awarded the Niemann Cup which represents the best overall student advocate in the graduating class at Texas Law. I was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization founded by Texas Law for students who have excelled in advocacy and service. If you know me at all, you know that trial advocacy has been a passion that I've poured myself into for about 7 years now. Every weekend spent away at a mock trial competition throughout undergrad and law school has shaped me into the advocate that I am. What a blessing to end my time as a student advocate in such a meaningful way! taken in The University of Texas School of Law by @raychelpolk
