I’m not sure what I was thinking, but I played in a 48+ tournament with my team over the weekend in Arizona. Somehow we made the final and took home the championship! Thank goodness for my teammates…I’m out of playing shape and my body hurts. I haven’t played a tournament in 30 years but had a great time. I hope I can do more…Surgeon told me to go hard at rehab… I’m not sure this is what he meant… Achilles at 80%… lots of room for improvement. taken in Barça Residency Academy by @raydef

I was pretty bummed that I had to miss my little man’s first basketball games of the season…I’m so proud of him and his team for playing hard and bringing home a couple of wins…

Congrats to @socal_reds_g12_dpl for a great showing at @dp_league western regionals. Ranking 2nd in the showcase out of 60 teams with a +17 goal differential!

Proud of #n_rizzla and her club @socalreds for making it to the semi finals of the @cerritoschallenge. The girls loss to the eventual tournament winners…Regardless it was a pleasant surprise as this is a new team playing their first tournament together. Great coaching and great teammates! Here’s a clip of one of their better build outs during the group play stage.
