Silky smooth, umami omg enak banget ini matcha 😆

Setelah ngabisin semua stock matcha yg ada di rumah, buka lah si @gyoenmatcha dari kak @riskaelastria 🍵✨

Bitterness level nya 1/10 menurut gue, veerrrryyy low 💁🏻‍♀️

lagi suka banget bikin breakfast yang simple but intentional ✨

akhir-akhir ini gue selalu balik lagi ke comfort breakfast kayak toast gula aren dan teh susu gula aren buat memulai hari

simple, warm, comforting, but somehow feels a lot more meaningful.

using gula aren for my toast & milk tea because i genuinely love the deeper caramel taste. manisnya lebih earthy, lebih soft dan ada rasa khas yang bikin semuanya terasa lebih cozy 🤎

gula aren juga feels more wholesome dibanding pemanis biasa.
dibuat dari nira alami, diproses lebih natural, plus punya indeks glikemik yang lebih rendah jadi rasanya lebih balanced buat daily routine

hal simple, but i like knowing that choosing something this simple juga bisa jadi bentuk support buat local farmers dan produk Nusantara
