Heyyyy new followers! 👋🏾

I’m Rav’n, a multi-disciplinary creative holding tightly to this little light ✨ I was given for this human experience. I shine on stages 🎭, behind the lens 🎬, in dark spaces 🎤, on pages ✍🏾, and stitch it into seams 🪡.

I create across mediums — Performance • Film • Fashion — exploring story, emotion, and design in every frame and stitch.

I’m happiest when in service to others 🤲🏾, living authentically, and bringing ideas to life. Thank you for following along my journey — may it inspire you to shine a little brighter. 💚 by @raye.works

Trauma can pause you in time. You’ll feel like you’re still at the age when it happened…. How would you handle it? #therabully #atlactors #melanatedvisions #film #therapist by @raye.works

I had an amazing time at the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival! Grateful for the chance to connect with so many brilliant individuals and, of course, for the privilege of performing in any capacity. Thank you @atlantabtf 🎭
Huge thanks to my directors, @mslatriceyoung and P. Todd Pickens for trusting me to help bring your stories to life. And to my castmates—thank you for your efforts, your energy, and for sharing space with me. 🫶🏾
A highlight for me was the “Movement for the Artivist” workshop with @ttrend_setter —it helped me reconnect with my body in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. Looking forward to next year’s festival, maybe I’ll even submit my own work . . .✍🏾 taken in Hilton Atlanta Airport by @raye.works

Yesterday was a beautiful day for a hiking retreat. Thank you to @authentica11yashley for the invite & to @blacksiltyoga for curating such an intentional and informative experience! I learned so much about foraging and about my ancestors’ experiences here and was able to have a major release through breathwork. Good thing there was delicious, nourishing food provided for replenishment. Thank you for making me feel like family. 💚
