Having some people, who I thought were friends, spreading vicious, unfounded slander about me, and trying to cancel me, hurt considerably at first. Then I spent some serious time in the council of my confidant and reflected deeply. I see how those people have alienated themselves. They haven't been a part of the scene I love, the scene they aimed to cancel me from. They have lost their place among it. My shows will continue to be a safe haven for people to be themselves, to know they belong, and to seek interaction with something bigger than ourselves. I only want people there who feel my vision, know my heart, and have a part to contribute to the building of a loving community. These circumstances have had a refreshing culling effect. Those with negative intentions, those who believe shit when they hear it without getting to the bottom of it, and most especially those who continued the spread of lies without real investigation, have been banished by their own ignorant illusions. They have no place here. They suffer in a cage of their own making, bound and handicapped to deal with the results of their own actions. Those who know my heart, the strength of my character, and the legitimacy of the MAJIK that I conjure, are welcome to find your place in our scene. I have a bunch of shows coming your way over the next year. I look forward to celebrating life and good psychedelic, tribal, spiritual, deep, dark, bass music with all who feel called to be a part. Real MAJIK is happening. Find your place with us... I am proud to announce my first two shows of the year. This Sunday and the Sunday before every full moon we will be at The HoundsTooth Public House for OCULUS. This month featuring one of my best friends and brother James Brzrkr. During these dark and stormy times we must fix our gaze on the beacon and plot our course through the obstacles ahead. Come and find your place in our community of psychedelic bass heads and lunatic moon lovers. If you have been to one of my shows you know the MAJIK that happens. I am doing everything I can to gather those who resonate with our vibe. I look forward to seeing you there, and feel sorry for all who miss out. Then, next Friday Feb 6th, and the first Friday of each month, we will be gathering at The Space Bar. The Deep End and I are co-hosting SANCTUM. This show is going to be something special and we will be waiting for you to come and be a part of the MAJIK. Local favorite Juno Snans, aka JUNEBUG will be laying it on thick and juicy. 2026 is here, and it is already hitting hard. Its been just over a year since we lost The Big Dirty. Despite losing our MAJIKAL playground, I and a few others have done what we can to keep the party going. It has been full of challenges. People have turned on one another, listened to slanderous rumors and betrayed friendships and bonds. Our community has become scattered. Those of you, who know how I party, who have experienced and shared some of the times we have had, know the strength of my character. I thank you for seeing through the bullshit. If you have believed dangerous rumors without any evidence, or help spread poisonous lies in any way, I warn you to stay away. Otherwise I invite you to come and be a part of the scene we are rebuilding, that is focused on showcasing local talent and the best bass music. Anyone who has been a part of the events that I have had a hand in throwing in the last year, I thank you. I also encourage you to be a part of what I have in store for the future. I am ecstatic to announce that I have solidified a monthly show on the Sunday before each full moon, for this year, at The Houndstooth Public House. We have aquired a descent sound system, and I am committed to providing a psychedelic extravaganza for those who are looking to align with us. The vibe is proper, the food is exceptional, and I will curate a show that bass heads and moon lovers won't want to miss. Stay tuned for more upcoming and exciting announcements in the near future. I hope you will come and do your part to help rebuild the Deep Dub, 140, Trap, Half time, D&B, Experimental, Shanti, and Psychedelic bass music culture here in our city. I love and miss you all.
