NEWS UPDATE! Runway for a Cure DC would like to THANK every sponsor, designer, media channel, photographer, videographer, DJ, Audio Visual company, event rental company, vendor, model, volunteer, and supporter who have supported our organization for the last NINE years!

Regrettably, our organization will not be producing a fashion show this year. Around this time Gennette KoKo Gatlin, Nichel Brathwaite, and Harley Morgan would be conducting model castings for the show, and we are sad that we won’t be enjoying those moments with you this year.

Our Executive Board is looking forward to restructuring, expanding, and building something BIG for our 2027 10th Anniversary.

SO STAY TUNED! WE WILL SEE YOU IN 2027.

It’s the first day of this busy month for the Breast Cancer Thriver Community so we thought it would only be fitting to share our memories with our Runway for a Cure DC Survivor Community with you!

It’s been NINE years since we started this journey of partnership, advocacy, and support with the Breast Cancer Thrivers who show up every year to be part of something special. They are family. They are beautiful. They are loved.

Let’s Celebrate with them as this month brings on varied emotions but mostly thankfulness.

Although we’re not celebrating at our annual fashion event with you, we will surely see some of you at your own events because we support every thing you do!
