Eid Mubarak to all who observed this weekend 🫶

Hope you had a blast celebrating with family and friends. I worked most of the weekend so we finally got to celebrate yesterday, hence the late post...but better late than never 🤭

Made this Eid Fruit Cake for my family and they LOVED it! 😋 We started cutting from the back and removed the decorative fruit along the way, when everyone was full I took it all apart, cut it down, and stored the rest in a sealed container.

This week is just as crazy busy as last week. Lots of orders to fulfill, a couple of events to set up, and putting together our community Eid carnival... I'm exhausted just looking at my to-do list 😅 so be patient with me, I will do my best to post and connect with you guys 😘

Watermelon was one of Prophet Muhammad 's (pbuh) favorite things to eat; so include lots of watermelon in your diet this Ramadan. It will help keep you hydrated and it's full of nutrients.

1️⃣ Round uniform shape is Sweet (elongated is watery)
2️⃣ Orange Sunspot is full of Flavor (white is no Taste)
3️⃣ Large Webbing is Sweet (small is bland)

Thank you to everyone that watched, liked, and shared my last post 🥹 Considering I haven't been posting this past year to focus on the new store launch, I was not expecting yesterday's post to reach 1M views! 🫶

Found a sweet watermelon at the farmers market. This was about a month ago 😅 (yes I sit on content because I don't have the time these days with the store planning @raysgrazing).

Initially, I was hoping to find any watermelon to try the new design and to my surprise it was sweet!

It had a deep yellow spot = flavor
It was dull = ripe
And it sounded hollow so I took my chances considering its out of season.

Moral of the story, save these tips and support your local farmers and small businesses.
