Justin took FIRST PLACE in his race today! 🥇🏆💪 Not too shabby for Team Stage 3 Cancer!🔥

Even after a sliced tire and a quick repair, he got right back at it and took first. Watching him out there doing what he loves and seeing him cross that finish line in first was exactly the kind of high we needed heading into this week.

Tuesday is surgery day, when they’ll remove the tumor and he’ll begin the next phase of healing with a temporary colostomy. I know he’ll take on this next part with the same strength and determination I saw in him today and come out more badass than ever.

So incredibly proud of you, my love. ♥️♥️♥️ taken in Bryce Mountain Resort by @raynescoaching

A little update on Justin ♥️

We are so incredibly grateful for every prayer, message, meal, gift card, contribution, and act of love that has surrounded Justin and our family through all of this. Your support has meant more than we can say.

We have a meaningful update to share on where things stand now, what comes next with his care, and the road ahead for surgery and recovery.

I shared the full update on our GoFundMe for anyone who would like to read more of our story and understand a little more of what Justin is facing.

More than anything, please keep him in your prayers. We are deeply grateful for every person walking beside us through this. ♥️ https://gofund.me/e7282daa6 taken in Charlottesville, Virginia by @raynescoaching

Nearly three weeks have passed since the news that I have cancer, yet disbelief still lingers around us like a fog. All the tests, the waiting rooms, the quiet moments between breaths—they’ve stirred old memories I thought I’d left behind. The little boy in the hospital battling epilepsy. The young man pushing through the intervals on the bike, refusing to quit. Every version of me has been a fighter, and this one will be no different.

Through it all, @pacnwgirl has been my anchor and my light. Words will never be enough to capture what her presence means to me. 2025 has thrown us into a storm we never asked for, but we’re standing in it together—steady, unshaken, and unafraid.

We’re not backing down. Not now. Not ever.

Thanks for the chat @cycloxgreg for what to expect. by @raynescoaching

Do you spy what I spy?

I never thought I’d get to experience this kind of adventure in life. Every day, Suzy and I find ourselves saying, "We’re having a baby."

So many of my friends have told me how precious this experience is — that words can’t quite capture the emotions you feel. And now, I can say that’s absolutely true.

I’m so thankful to have Suzy in my life. She has been compassionate, giving, patient, supportive — and above all, has shown me constant, unconditional love. You already are, and will continue to be, an amazing mother.

We’re beyond excited for 2026. by @raynescoaching

Getting it done out of the back of a U-Haul. Arkansas world cup round two definitely did a number on @tigger_racing98 @kindhuman_bicycles & @boydcycling wheels. Hopefully Iowa is a little nicer or not😜
