Changing my focus to combat sports rather than being a gym rat was a great decision for my mind and body. My flexibility and strength have increased, although I’m not lifting heavy weights as I used to, I am still capable to do so. I’m leaned out and lost a ton of fat, which was replaced with muscle.

My goal is to do a split😂

Amazing Kickboxing Session today with these men. We smashed targets with variations of strikes and kicks for 45 min.

Needless to say we earned our cheat day this weekend! #onepercentbettereveryday
