Acquired my 3rd multifamily property today, what made it special was bringing my family to the closing table with me

Secretly snuck in a document stating : “Leyla & Londyn cannot date until they’re 30. “
They learned 2 valuable lessons : invest in real estate + always have a lawyer look over the paper work ‼️

Sometimes the answer to the question “What Do You Do” can be overly simplified or excessively complex.
