Today, June 27th at 6:18 AM, my world changed forever.

Today, I lost my father.

Words can’t begin to express the pain that’s in my heart right now. Sitting there and watching you take your last breath is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life. No son is ever truly prepared for that moment.

Daddy, thank you.

Thank you for being there from my earliest childhood memories all the way into my adult life. Thank you for every lesson, every sacrifice, every laugh, every conversation, every hug, and every time you showed me what it meant to be a father. You gave me a lifetime of memories that I will carry with me forever.

You were not only an amazing father—you became an incredible grandfather. Thank you for loving my beautiful daughters, Rayla and Amara, and son, Ashton, with all your heart. They were blessed to know your love, your wisdom, and your smile. Your legacy will continue to live through them and through every life you’ve touched.

And Daddy… Happy Belated 74th Birthday. We just celebrated you on June 25th. None of us could have imagined that just two days later we’d be saying goodbye.

Over the last few days, I prayed harder than I’ve ever prayed before. I asked God, “Lord, if You can use me in any way to help heal my daddy, then use me. But if nothing else works… please let him leave this world in peace.”

God answered my prayer.

While my heart is shattered because you’re gone, I find comfort knowing you’re no longer suffering. You’re finally at peace. Because I know you’re at peace, I’m going to do my very best to live in peace, too. That’s one of the greatest ways I can honor your life.

I’ll miss hearing your voice.
I’ll miss your advice.
I’ll miss your presence.
I’ll miss simply knowing you were here
And last but not least imma miss mocking you and hearing you crack up laughing afterwards.

But death may separate us physically—it can never separate the love you’ve placed inside my heart.

You will always remain a part of me.

Thank you for everything, Daddy.

Until we meet again…

I love you forever.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Uncle Earl 💙

Today, we celebrate you, Uncle Earl — the man with the biggest heart, the strongest spirit, and a smile that could light up a room. Even though you’re no longer here with us in the physical, your presence is still felt in so many ways. You taught us how to love deeply, laugh loudly, and live with purpose.

You were more than just an uncle — you were a friend, a role model, and a source of strength for everyone who knew you. I carry your lessons, your laughter, and your love with me every single day. I know you’re watching over us, probably cracking jokes and keeping the angels on their toes.

On your birthday, I choose to smile through the tears, to honor the legacy you left behind, and to continue living in a way that would make you proud. Thank you for all the memories, the wisdom, and the unconditional love.

Happy Birthday in Heaven, Uncle Earl. We miss you dearly, but we celebrate you always. 🕊️🎂💫

She doesn’t see the masterpiece in the mirror—only the pieces she thinks need fixing. Every time she feels compared, replaced, or unseen, she books another procedure, hoping maybe this time she’ll feel like enough.
But no surgeon can fill the spaces where self-worth should live.
She’s chasing perfection in a world that profits off her pain.
And behind every new face… is the same wounded heart, just trying to be loved.
